Its $7 to do a regular load and dry it, bed bug risk looks high with the customers, pre paid cards only if you stop going you'll end up with 4 dollars on the card never to be used unless you want to haul wet clothes home

I have been doing my laundry at this laundromat for the last year and I would never suggest anyone visits! The girl who is working 90% of the time (blond lady) will not hesitate to yell at you about coming in too late at 7:00pm when both the site and doors of the establishment say that they close at 11:00pm. While I was visiting this last time (while understandably having the social distancing rules in place) there were "no folding laundry" signs around the inside. While I understand why that is In effect there were two girls who were taking their laundry directly out of the washer and folding their clothes into their laundry bags, the employee working proceeded two yell at these girls twice to stop folding even when they had stopped folding and were just throwing things into their bag. 10000% do not recommend, I suggest if the company wants better business to have a talk with their employee since I have seen many reviews on here now about this said employee.

Showed up at 8:30 and was told that last call for the machines at a place that closes at 11pm is 8pm, while the sign on the door said 9pm. When we tried to enter we got an incredibly rude reception from the person managing, the rudest and least kind person I've ever encountered, I can only imagine they didn't want to work any later than they felt they had to, and just shooed us away out of laziness. Worst run business in town by far.

Not enough passive aggressive signage and employee turnover for my liking ???? Staff are often crotchety and obviously aren’t paid enough to deal with poor management. Prices continue to skyrocket regularly over the past year. $1.35 for 8 minutes of hot air? I can get that talking to any boomer. The only thing this place really has going for it is it’s well lit and relatively clean in a densely residential neighbourhood, and we’re all desperate enough to keep going back. Kinda like a bad boyfriend. Edited To Add: New hours are 8-3? Lmao! Good luck!

Use to be ok now they close early and are not open on weekends I work all week and the weekends are the only free time I get since my shifts end after the last load time all week.since Karen is no longer there this place has gone downhill fast

Everything I washed, all in different machines, came out covered in somebody else's hair. Dryers barely did anything, you will have to repeat drying on even the smallest loads. Attendant is excellent and there are a lot of machines.

It's a clean laundry mat .. A lot if washers and dryers but the woman who works there middle aged Caucasian lady is a real piece of work .. Shes abrupt and rude to most customers unless they bend over backwards to be kind to her .. I was in one day and a young man was minding his own business doing his laundry and I'll admit his pants were baggy and she screamed at him in front of 20 other people to pull his pants up or get out she wouldn't tolerate that "baggy pant gang crap" in here and the kid was a nice quiet guy.. We've been coming here for 9 years but we truly avoid it when she's working .. The minimum you can put on a laundry card is $5 which is perfectly fine and to load cash you need to use the auto system and if you don't have the exact bill she WILL NOT break a bill for you even though there are no signs saying exact bills are needed . Yet the other employees will with no problems. She also refuses to let you put your own debit card in the debit machine no matter what so I always bring cash because I give my card to no one . The place it's self is great as I said lots of washers and dryers I've never had an issue getting a machine I want but the regular woman who works most afternoons is just a very over bearing entitled person .

Clean, usually not crowded, often a bit humid (which is not totally unexpected, obviously), and perhaps a shade more expensive than the older sort of run-down coin laundries in town. Be aware that they use an NFC (Near Field Communication) card that allows you to tap-n-go. You load it with money and then use it to start their machines to do the laundry. It saves them the trouble of emptying coin boxes, but you have to purchase the card in the first place, and then charge it up with money that you might not use all at once. The thing I like best about it is not the laundry itself, though the machines are clean and generally work well. It is the fact that there is an Atlantic Submarine right across the street where you can still get a seafood sub, unlike the Subway on the closer side of the street.

Karen won't even allow me to sip a coffee or any beverage in a bottle while I wait for my laundry in the dryer. Like everyone does that. She has an insufferably domineering personality and everyone hates her. Never going back. If you like being babied, bullied and controlled my card has $26 left on it. I will sell it on kijiji and meet whoever wants it at this location to confirm the balance on it.

Really like it there. For one i was new and i was able to get a free card if your new only!!. But yea clean place, vary nice staff. The price is great for what your getting. Yea there carts to help move your stuff around, and theres tvs with news on them to watch when doing your laundry. Overall vary good place to get you lr stuff done.

Good machines, terrible service. Blonde middle age caucasion was rude and hateful to many patrons. Machine leaked and she scolded and degraded patron as if it was their fault. RUDE employees, machines chewed up an expensive sweater I had. Literally shredded it and put holes right through it. I've never seen a washing machine do that to an article of clothing. Will be posting a pictures of what is left of my sweater.

They have a lot of washers (different sizes) and dryers. They also sell small boxes of dry detergent (various brands) and dryer sheets. The prices are reasonable overall, and it is not very crowded even on a Sunday morning.

This pandemic is what's causing the sky rocketing prices, not the people that own the businesses. They are hiring and no one wants to work or are too lazy and much rather stay home.

Great location for laundry. Wash and fold service is awesome, they even attempt to sort the laundry based on size and style. Wonderfully folded as well. Machines are a variety of sizes and they all work or are fixed very quickly.

Staff are really nice here. They are constantly taking care of equipment and sanitizing everything. I never find it overly busy, there's a ton of parking and the machines work well.

One-stop laundry facility! When you have large amounts of laundry to be done at once, this is a great place to go. Requires one-time purchase of a laundry card (about $5 I think) that you can top up yourself by cash, or by debit with the cashier. Single, double, triple and quadruple ($6.60/quadruple load) front loading machines with top loading detergent and fabric softener reservoirs. Staff are polite and helpful if you need first-time help operating the machines/advice on drying times. Plenty of dryers (50c per 8 min) and expect dry-time to be between 30-40 mins, depending on the type of fabric/size of load. Bright lighting and folding station locations across from the dryers. Baskets on wheels. Washroom facilities (use your laundry card for entry). They sell detergent, fabric sheets, and large bags if you forgot anything. They don't have change for much more than a $5, so you can't hand them a $20 for a small purchase. Seating and a phone charging area. I'm not sure about Wi-Fi. They also provide a washing/folding service and charge by weight. Free parking out front. Plaza also has a convenience store with bank machine, and a pizza shop at the end. Subway is located across the parking lot, and there's another convenience store across the street. I was hesitant at first but this makes total sense when you have too much to launder efficiently at home.

After further use of the facility and services I have had to drastically change the review. I had given 3 dress shirts to go dry cleaning, they have ruined 1 of my shirts. Would not recommend their dry cleaning to anyone! Washer dryers are still average among many other locations

Over-priced in comparison with other local laundrymats. Inconvenient to purchase laundry card-they won't accept cash. I arrived with $40 cash, had to spend $40 on debit to buy a card... Ugh. Dryers don't work well, 39 minutes and counting for a medium load. But the reason for this review? My clothes smell worse than they did when they were dirty. What the honest to goodness F***?! Will not return. And I kinda feel like I want my money refunded as I'll likely go elsewhere to re-wash.

This place charges $5 for a debit style card to use with their machines which you can reuse but it comes with a zero dollar balance ($0.00) which basically means you pay $5 just to be a customer. The card is reusable but you never get your $5 back or any value for it. The machines themselves are expensive, and the dryers do not dry your clothes very well. The woman who works here during the daytime is exceedingly rude, plus she often stands outside the door smoking cigarettes. Find another place if you can, save yourself the $5 fee, and cut your lungs a break in the process!!

Used ramp by medical clinic off parking lot to mall sidewalk.mall sidewalk just wide enough for wheelchair.not sure if other access points off parking lot.subway nearby has few steps to get inside,didnt try to go in yet. Variety store in the mall is large,sells groceries, accessible.

This place used to be good but it has been going downhill for years. New hours do not allow working people to do their laundry anymore. I went there today because I had a day off work. The place was very messy, many machines were out of service, all the prices went up and the washing machine cycle times were shortened. I had one large garbage bag of clothing to wash and dry and it cost me just under $20. I’ve been going there for years but now I will not be returning. I can understand a price increase however I do not appreciate the corner cutting by lowering the wash times. Also the building is leaking and they have ceiling tiles removed with a pipe coming down from the ceiling to drain the water into a floor drain in the middle of an isle. I also should mention that they also removed the free Wifi service. Not worth going there anymore.

We've been doing our laundry at this location for years for it's clean and professional environment. It has become a weekly routine and worth the drive from the Hagersville area. The friendly staff and other value added items make it a joy to go there; the nearby stores and a book exchange.

This Middle Aged Caucasian lady names Karen is rude , disrespectful and ignorant . She is always too busy smoking outside talking to down to ppl and when she is working it always filthy dirty. I will be contacting her boss and telling them that she is a bully and dirty she should not be working there as she does not have any manners or respect for ppl . Poor customer service from Karen . Shady individuals is right. Do not use this laundromat. 2 people stole my clothes right from the dryer I was using. The best part is the grimy employee even admitted to knowing the people (not by name though) and that there nothing they can do. Spread the word. Downtown laundromats should all be closed down. Clothes ain't cheap to replace
