Family Dry Cleaners say they will beat the competition by 10% but that is not true. I have tried two times by showing other dry cleaning bills and they say 25% is the best they can do. Every time I went there I had something that had to be recleaned. Never again.

I’m currently here doing laundry and have never had any problems here before but they have an ant infestation that they don’t seem to be doing shutting about so beware you might want to stay clear of using their counters as you might be bringing ants home with you ????

We live on the Burlington-Oakville border and drive all the way here just because that's how great it is. The owner is a lovely man, who comes and picks up and delivers our laudry every few months (when the laundry pile starts building up). He has such pride in his business, you can tell right away. When I finally visited the laundromat he gave me a tour. I was amazed at how clean the facilities were! There is no soap buildup or lint bunnies anywhere to be found- two things that are pretty common. Today I brought almost our entire wardrobes in to be cleaned because our next-door neighbours had a house fire in which lots of smoke crept into our townhouse. The owner was at the store and he immediately recognized me (it had been months since I last saw him). He said "you've driven far to get here, would you like a water or a soda?" I thought that was so sweet and considerate. Thank you Family Cleaners! You've been such a great business to work with. We will always be customers!

Brought in clothes this week Dec 9, 2018. Opened my dry cleaned items at home. Realizes pieces of clothing are missing. Clothes aren't cleaned. My clothes smell great but still have deodorant stains/stains on them.

This facility is so clean on every level but there are issues that need to be addressed. I was here today and two customers entered the facility maskless. The mandate is not being enforced to keep up safe AND the owner entered twice - maskless. This is unconscionable!! The young girl behind the counter is wearing a mask but is too busy on her phone to look up and see if customers are entering with a mask. C’mon - improvement needed with respect to this.

Machines dont dry well and washing machines work horrible as they dont squeese water on spin cycle at end leaves clothes rrally wet so have spend alot more on dryers also very hot inside there fans are not enough theres is no A/C in this place when its hot outside the fans alone horrible

The only place I go to do my laundry and dry cleaning!! The level of service is top notch and professionalism is unmatched which is the reason I travel from Ancaster to use this business. The machines all look brand new! I personally use the full service wash and dry cleaning. I've had some things ruined by other dry cleaners so after trying them with a few inexpensive clothes I decided to give them a chance with my more expensive clothing and I'm very happy I did. They've always came back looking brand new which keeps me coming back. I highly recommend this business to any and everyone!!

They have a change and soap machine. Prices are reasonable. They do have WiFi, and they have a TV in a sitting area, with magazines. There is also a dry cleaners. Little parking. On my recent visit (Dec.2020),I washed a $150 coat. The dryer holes were all over my coat with what looks like something oily. I showed the girl at front and she had every excuse from my washing to my drying. I must have used hot water or do not put in dryer. 40 yrs of doing laundry i know what I am doing and when my stuff is wrecked. Their teenage staff didnt even offer apology. Sad

Great experience with the wash and fold services. They even picked up and delivered my clean clothes so i didnt have to leave the house. Exceptional customer service as well. I highly recommend. Clothes are clean and smell great.

I went there October 20th around 1pm there was one woman working and she was simply amazing, I had a lot of things to wash as I was doing a uhaul of my entire apartment, sheets, pillows, duvets, curtains, winter clothes, the whole shebang, as I'm used to using the machines in my building and wasn't sure if I washed some articles if I would ruin them (always heard do not wash down filled items) she went above and beyond giving me advice lending me the services dryer balls so I wouldn't ruin my pillows and blankets, advising me to use the 6 load to tackle more at once and to add additional soap to guarantee my items are laundered appropriately, and talked with me while she was finishing an order for pick up, very polite, very relatable! Once the shift changed the owner or manager (had that sense about him) came in he made the time to come and say hi to everyone, had a quick chat to see how everyone was doing, it's just nice to see a business be polite and make sure everyone individually were having no issues, I've only been there twice since I have a washer and dryer in my building and only go when it's down, but I may make the conscious attempt to go there more frequently as they were all simply wonderful, helpful, and clean!

I live in another province and the manager was super helpful in setting up an ongoing laundry pick up service to an area of the city that other Hamilton laundry services didn't deliver to. It not to bad for a laundry mat. The prices have went up a bit and think they turn down the heat for the dryers cuz it takes longer to dry clothes now and when using the dollar machine to get coins to use the machines count ur coin to make sure it's right cuz it short changes you sometimes. The place is pretty clean and staff pretty friendly other then that it's better then alot of laundry mats in Hamilton.

They have great advertising to get you in the door but when I came for my items they were all not clean. They never even try to clean my dresses. But ask them to take them back and when I came back the second time to pick up one item was not touched and still had my sweat smell. They refuse to take it back a second time so I paid for an item that was not even cleaned. It is easy for cleaners to get away with this kind of stuff, I was extremely disappointed. You're not go back because they try to pull a fast one and was upset because I noticed.

Amazing facility. This is my second time living in Hamilton. I no longer live in the east end, but make the drive to use this facility. Very clean. Machines work quickly. There is always enough machines. Sunday afternoons are very busy.

091719 Was doing my laundry and had a fiver for drying, as I went to put the bill in the machine for change the corner ripped while off, right in in front of the young girl who worked here. I asked her if she could give me some tape and trade it for one that would work in the machine and she denied the money saying it was really bad, and she couldn't take it. I asked her why not and informed her it was against the law to not take money while all the preices are still there. She shrugged her shoulders and said there was nothing she could do for me. Had to leave with wet laundry while still having a fiver in my pocket. Not happy. Bad service.

Excellent Facilities! Super clean! New washers/dryers including the single loads. My clothes came out cleaner than the last Laundromat I visited. There were a couple of fluff bunnies on the runner carpets he has in there and he pulled out the vacuum and vacuumed the entire place. And this was at Noon. Top loaders didn't have gobs of old soap molding inside them. The way a family laundromat SHOULD BE run!!! Everything worked perfectly. Highly recommended. I will be going back for sure.
