Awefull place! I had my winter jacket ruined by them. When I show it to them, they simply said that they put all the jacket in a machine! They didn’t take any responsibility! I had to bring it to another place and paid $100 to fix it. The damage was a lot so they couldn’t fix it! I wish I had never taken my winter jacket there. Now, I had to go and buy a new winter jacket. My worse experience ever.

Do not go there. I dropped two North Face goos down jackets. I specifically asked them if they dry clean down jackets. They said they do it everyday. When I picked up the jackets not only they were not cleaned, all the puff was gone. They were nothing like my jackets before I handed to them. They look like t-shirts now. All the feathers are cluttered in several spots. when I complained they acted like everything was ok, not even a simple apology. I took my jackets to another drycleaners he believes that they didn't dryclean them but they just washed them in regular washing machines. Two North face machines $500 each are ruined. They took no responsibility.

Just moved to the area and this is the closest laundromat. I was super impressed at first. Very clean and the owner was very nice. My 6th time there I found a bug on the table and I thought maybe it was a bed bug. Never had them before but I just wanted to check and it was. I told the woman and she surprised but also super weird about it. She killed it and told me not to worry. Two days later I found two in my bed. Stripped my apartment down and told my landlord and he had a guy come look at our apartment. Confirmed it was bed bugs and now we’re dealing with that. I would not recommend going here. I told the owners that they needed to do something and get the place sprayed and they haven’t still.

The couple who run this place are extremely friendly and helpful. It's always very clean and the prices are quite reasonable. The ATM also has a very low withdrawal fee

My dryer broke down in the middle of a load. This guy wouldn't let me dry my clothes(small basket) unless I washed them there...

Dropped off about $700 worth of shirts to be dry cleaned. Every one of them came back ruined in one way or another. The collars were all bent, the fronts severely crooked, some of the shirts still wrinkled as well. Then when I questioned why it was this way, the lady started yelling at me in front of her kids. Avoid!

My wife and I have been going to this place for many years we have seen it change ownership Four time's and all of the Owners are GREAT PEOPLE VERY HELPFUL, FRIENDLY AND JUST PLAIN NICE THE PLACE HAS ALL NEW MACHINE'S BIGGER DRYER'S FOR DRYING BLANKETS IT'S GREAT I'D recommend it to all of my family and friends

Went back yesterday was told I would have a half hour wait for a washer. Asked about some that were not in use and was told that most of the washers are broken. Then they wanted to see my laundry. Weird!

Can't really communicate with the owner...machine was old as well. Definitely not a good experience. Overall, I don't think it worths this price. For customers that are looking for laundromat in downtown Hamilton, I would recommend 'The Laundromat'. The owner is nice to talk with and the machine is good too! :)

The new owners are an Amazing young And hard working couple. They provide beyond excellent service. They also have replaced most of the old washers/dryers with brand new ones and the prices are very affordable. The one day i went in and had way to much laundry to do and it was overwhelming even though i did not pay for there service they Kindly assisted me. Thank you so much for providing beyond amazing service. Will be back today :)

Wish they'd kept the plants the previous owners had, but otherwise this us as good as a laundromat gets. Friendly and helpful owners are on site to make change, show you how machines work, etc. There's also a laundry service (hence the name Drop Off).

I don't mind the owners, although , we had a little discrepancy at first,..Got over that and it's close by me, but the machines are older, and the dryers have put little holes in my clothes (even new garments) which I'm not to happy about.....But it is in distance for me, and now the owners are very kind, but watch your every move, if they think you don't know what your doing, ...But I suppose they are just doing their job

Great experience, my washer broke and I needed to get the laundry done asap. The woman who owns the place is helpful friendly and polite. Most machines seem to be new and energy-efficient which is nice.

A convenient little place to do your laundry. Its close to a lot of multi unit houses that need access to such facilities and for people like myself with who sometimes need to do a lot of laundry at once. Be warned as it is smaller there are not a lot of large machines and can easily be taken up by one or two people, arrive early or try to do your laundry not during peak times to avoid this. Seating space is not very comfortable or plentiful. If you have hip or back issues you may want to bring something to put on the hard bench or sit in your car while waiting

Ridiculously overpriced for dry cleaning. I was charged $120 for dry-cleaning two winter jackets. The service was not so good either. Not recommending.
