Dirty, half the machines don't work and will each your change, no management, and no security. Some of the machines are in so aftermarket, they're in spanish. Avoid this place if you can.

Quiet and totally dead. The machines are in damn good shape and have never done me wrong. I've only ever seen 3 other customers there at the same time as me.

Dirty, machines often take your change or don't register coins. Used this place last Sunday due to home washer being broken. The attendant had to switch over my laundry because the washer I was using could not run cold. I left briefly during the cycle because the place was packed and I wanted to physically distance. A pair of my tall sized, yoga pants were stolen. These were pants that were part of my worl uniform.

Didn't like it because it's very small and not well kept. Didn't look too clean and the parking is limited. Also not air conditioned

Conveniently located but it’s run down, dirty, the machines are unreliable and you can’t get ahold of anybody when they eat your change, don’t turn on and leave you screwed with wet clothes before work

Clean and washers and dryer work well. Fair pricing. 0.25 for 5 min in dryer. No bathroom at all amd no where near by either.

Worst laundromat I have been to. Dirty and the washing machines ripped me off for $7.00. Put $3.00 each in three dryers and clothes were still wet. Only reason it got one star is there was shady parking.

1/3 of the machines are broken. Change machine ate $8 and no one answered any of the 3 help numbers to try and correct this. 1 washer broke on me mid-cycle with no way to drain the water, had to wring out everything by hand then dry them. Overall not a good place

Only using this place because my buildings machines are down. Decent for getting laundry done. Cheaper then usual. The trick for the quarters is putting them in really slow. Didnt steal any my coins

Pretty much the best place ever. Bring a book and be prepared to chat with your fellow Hamiltonians, leaving your laundry is pretty much at your own risk

Confusing dryers, has a wifi sign but no information is available about how to use it, decent prices on washing and drying, different options for washing. There is a change machine and plenty of machines but the place is kind of dirty. The hours of operation are decent and there is a machine that dispenses things like detergent and bleach.

Washer 2 kept my coins and never started. Washer 10 was moldy. No answer at business office

Locked lint trays are all full, management nowhere to be found. You have to hit the machine to make the coins go in.
