Very fast, professional, and thorough cleanup of our cold cellar. Previous home owners had turned it into a closet complete with drywall, insulation, and carpet…then there was a bad storm and it flooded. A cold cellar is not a closet!! The Servpro team came in and removed the mouldy drywall and cleaned the concrete. I am very happy and relieved it is done.

Keith Macleod has been an absolute pleasure to work with. No one ever anticipates a fire, but I'm so glad that I've had Servpro to help us through this entire process. Keith was able to give us extremely good advice right off the bat and helped us calm down during a very stressful time. They're quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have and are truly willing to go above and beyond for you. I 100% recommend their services.

WORST restoration company ever. I only gave them one star because Google wouldn't let me give them ZERO. My basement flooded, and they came to collect thousands of dollars worth of furniture and electronics to assess the damage, and they were rude, unsympathetic, and had no regard for the condition of my furniture. When they arrived, one of the guys actually said, "I don't even know what we're doing here," before attempting to take my very expensive belongings. They were unknowledgeable and had no idea of the situation, and made no effort to protect the condition of my stuff. They carelessly packed my delicate, glass furniture into a steel van, that was filled with boxes and 2x4's. They wouldn't lift my couch because they said it was "too heavy" before even trying to lift it. I asked them where they would be taking my stuff and they didn't have an answer for me. They were SO RUDE and careless that I made them unpack my stuff, and leave it, and am going with a different restoration company. As if my basement flooding and all my stuff being wrecked wasn't a terrible enough situation, I had to deal with these terrible, rude, inconsiderate, unknowledgeable people who would have broken my stuff even more had I let them take it. WORST CREW EVER. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Four phone calls to have someone assess the mould issue in my basement. When a representative (Keith) finally kept the appointment scheduled, he down played the entire situation. I have yet to receive a quote, it's been more than a month. Very disappointed with the service and lack of respect.

Unfortunately we have had to call on Servpro twice now. Each time we have been more than happy with their response time. I called their emergency line and got a call back from Keith almost immediately. He got out of bed and came to see the water damage and we talked about a course of action for remediation. First thing the next day Chris arrived and started the task of removing the water and ensuring everything was put back to pre flood condition once we were dry again. As much as I appreciated everything they did, I hope I never need them again...but if I do, I won't be calling anybody else.

Had a basement full of water when I woke up and called them around 5:30 AM. One of the owners got here in like 30 minutes and took the toilet off to let the water escape. The crew showed up about 45 minutes later and took care of everything else. They were very polite and professional. Love servpro

He did exactly as he said he would, staying in close communication the whole time. His assistance was invaluable at a stressful time. All this during Covid 19. Recently I experienced the frightening consequences of a fire in my apartment building. The result was an oily black soot covering many cherished pieces of wooden furniture. 'SERVPRO, an established refurbishing company (Guelph location) is an established business in our community and in my experience, performed with excellence. Chris and his staff Alex and Ken were informed, considerate and compassionate when appraising my belongings. They handled my belongings with with the upmost care. I am so pleased with SERVPRO’s quick, thorough and professional response to our recently flooded basement. Chris LeDrew was on site even before the water header company arrived. He evaluated the situation and had his crew here within hours to mitigate the damage and get us back to our pre-flood condition. Our business flooded in the spring. Serv pro was there within 50 minutes and were in contact with us 24/7 weekends evenings days whatever we needed to work with us and help our business through this absolute disaster of nature. They have very hard working crews and really went the extra mile to make sure all affected areas were remediated properly and extensively using state of the art equipment to detect moisture and mould that could not be seen by the naked eye. Both owners of the company came by to make sure the work was done and everything was satisfactory. I'd send them to my own mothers house in a heart beat.

Called last week a technician came last Friday assessed our situation and said his boss would get back to us by perhaps Tuesday of this week well here it is Friday and not a word very frustrating because we needed a quote for a house closing. Called Winmar they were top notch and are getting the job done.
