You will see all the feddbacks of real people like you who are purchasing the products and services of RONA-GUELPH (W.Filsinger & Sons Ltd.) (Laundry) in the territory close to Guelph (Canada).
Nowadays this business gets a rating of 4 stars out of 5 and that score has been based on 127 reviews.
As you can see it reaches an reviews average is very good, and it's based on a high number of scores, so we can conclude that the score is very accurate. If people have bothered to evaluate when they are happy, is that it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to write reviews when these are correct and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Laundry corresponds to the category of Home improvement store.
Customer service is very personable and helpful. Store has been tidy any time I have visited. The only disadvantage is that the Guelph location is a much smaller store with less inventory than other Rona locations.
Seemed a little under staffed and the stock was limited in the area we were looking at (flooring for living room). There was a helpful person in plumbing.
Guelph Rona has to be the most unorganized waste of time I have ever dealt with. We are a medium sized construction company doing business mainly in the Guelph area. Every time we go to this particular store we leave disappointed. Not only do they have nothing in stock that is useful, when you order from them they string you along for months until you blow a gasket and cancel the order and go somewhere else. I highly recommend avoiding the Guelph Rona as they are a useless store.
The staff was very knowledgeable regarding toilets and plumbing in general
I often find building materials I require are available at this Rona. That orange home improvement store either has no stock or the item is only available online.
Great store, friendly, helpful & knowledgeable staff!
Very bad customer service at this location. Wanted to buy light bulbs with the save on energy coupons. Told me they do not accept black and white printed coupons. So I told them I'd go and print a colour version. I asked the cashier to confirm weather or not they accepted these coupons before I went to go print out the colour coupon as they requested. They told me not to worry and come back with a colour coupon , which I did and turns out they don't accept the coupons. Wasted my time and effort stick to Home Depot!
Fairly good selection, but very project oriented. (You'll get help if you're renovating your kitchen, but will struggle to get attention if your just replacing a faucet). Most employees are young and just shelf stocker. Very few experienced employees on the floor.
Just had a service issue regarding Muir Design boards that I had purchased and had delivered, and called to discuss. Had a convo with Keith in ‘service’. Excellent service that lead to a great resolution!! Thanks Kieth!
Great Rona, very friendly and helpful. I always think it may be too small to always have what I want, but they always have it. Very organized. Buy Canadian
After going to Home Depot and the big Home Hardware in town, I was worried I would not be able to get what I needed for my project at home. Customer service was not good at either store today. People were either not available or didn't seem …
Very positive experience with very helpful staff.
Excellent neighborhood hardware store. Massive selection of products. I found they're regular prices were lower than, Home Depot.
Today was great at the store, all items I needed were in stock. Full social distancing is being followed. Called ahead and Wendy was able to advise on materials.
I feel like customer service is a little lacking… nobody said hello when I came in and I felt almost like people running away. All I wanted to know is if they had a battery drop and florecent light bulb disposal. I had to wait and wait and …
My husband and I are in the middle of a house renovation and have visited Rona many times. While the floor associates have been helpful, the cashiers and store managers have horrendous customer service. In particular, the cashier Debbie and store manager Lisa treated my husband and I with great disrespect - rude, abrupt, no customer service skills. We simply asked questions about lights on sale and were pushed aside, spoken to rudely and not once asked if they could assist us. While we were prepared to use Rona as our store of choice, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
While most other Rona locations are owned by Lowes, this one is owned by a local Wellington family! CANADIAN Have had great and friendly advice here. Great selection and prices.
Mixed feelings about this location. -In store service is great. Helpful and friendly staff. (5/5) -Backyard is slow, though, and less than helpful for order pickups. (2/5) I'll stick with the in store experience, and use the backyard sparingly.
They did a great job with the curb side pick up. My order was completed within the day and the young men were super polite and helpful.
Bob the stock guy is amazing! Super helpful and knowledgeable!!! Thank you! U make spending money easy and painless!
Very patient and helpful staff, better products then "big box" stores. A proper lumber yard where staff helps you load material.
I love having this store so close to me. The staff are very friendly, helpful. Not always the stock but they are resourceful. So convenient, thanks!
I love the people here and that you can get help on any project!
Was a great exp. Took a trip down memory lane with an old friend from the yard Jared
Great store good selection. Update May 2019. I've been to this store probably 20 times. Recently had some plywood cut. They now have a panel saw. They have a new warehouse at the back. Dave helped me, did all the cuts and was very careful loading the plywood into my car. Great people, good service. 2015. The store is renovated and there's always someone to help out. They custom cut wood and have a well stocked yard. The prices are sometimes slightly higher but they are conveniently located and you seldom have to wait in line to check out. This is a Canadian chain and this store is independently run so you are dealing with the owners. Hey, and they will deliver!
General comment on the RONA website. It's terrible! - Misspelled item descriptions (obvious that this is a Quebec company that couldn't care less about proper conversion from French to English) - Inability to filter product selections. Example...I'm looking for a 10x16 gazebo. There is no way to filter the search results by size...instead I have to go through 462 products???? No thanks. - Also for filtering product selections... why can I not turn Online Exclusive selections OFF? I can filter by showing Online Exclusives only, but I cannot filter by NON-Online Exclusives. - Stocking level...If my selected store doesn't have stock of an item I'm looking for, wouldn't it make sense to show that information on the main product page? Of course it would. But, instead, I have to jump through hoops to find this information. Not a very intuitive solution. I'd suggest finding a new website designer and programmer.
Great store but it is a Rona franchise not a corporate store so the sales are different than what you may see in a flyer. Employees are generally helpful and they carry a decent selection of products.
I THOT THIS FIGET SPINER SOER
On line shopping only
Excellent curbside service
Save yourself the trouble and go to home depot. I've shopped here for years, but curb side pickup ordering has highlighted their poor customer service. I made an order online and got the email that it was ready to be picked up. I waited for 30+ minutes waiting for them to bring it out until I went and spoke someone. Apparently they were having trouble finding it. Ok, that's fine. I had to go pickup kid at daycare and I'd be back in 5 to give them more time to find it. Returned to wait another 10 minutes and was ignored by multiple associates. I just left and have yet to receive my purchased goods. Needless to say, I'll be taking my future business elsewhere.
Fantastic store, very clean and well laid out. I had issues with a rona.ca online order, and Larry in kitchen and bath got it sorted out perfectly and got me what I needed.
One of the guys at the service/order counter suggested a product that would seal a leak in the eave-trough. It worked. I'd go back to this store. And a plumbing associate answered a question that led to a good discussion. I knew he knew his stuff.
Excellent customer service every time.
Friendly staff and helpful service although the store feels quite drab and dreary. Could use a renovation or at least better lighting since it always feels dim inside. Quite the industrial feel.
Great service. Matt is the best.
Ray in plumbing was very helpful, and really went above and beyond for me. I was searching for a replacement part for a Pfister tub faucet and he liaised with the Pfister rep when the Pfister customer call center was not helpful (Pfister, by contrast, gets a poor review from me). I felt that he cared, even though I was not a local customer. Thank you, Ray and Guelph Rona!
Large store weird maze-ey layout..A busy store. Even in off peak hours. It's off the Beeton path aka on a side street. Friendly staff except for checkout (seemed like not just a bad day just not a people person..Was ok with me but not as nice as she could or should have been to the old grandmotherly lady in front of me). Well stocked. They had items there that are sold out at most other stores. The inventory system can be skewed (pardon the pun) so don't go solely by quantities you see online even if it is plenty. (Aka sku crossover issues they will have items similar in stock but system tells you it's exact but it's not)
Always my first choice when building. Knowledgable helpful staff, and competitive pricing. I find the lumber to be better quality and its locally owned too.
All the benefits of a smaller franchised store and also a large chain-store. They have all the items of a big-box store and they carry enough stock that they rarely run out of anything. At the same time, the smaller atmosphere leads to courteous and prompt service. The delivery teams are also excellent.
Very rude customer service that does not follow company policy.
A proper lumber yard! You’re in and out much faster because you don’t have to load all your drywall and lumber on a cart. You just drive to the back and helpful courteous staff load it on for you! In and out in half the time ! Great place !
I would've really liked to have given a higher rating, but am sorely disappointed by the lack of communication I received. I had purchased a washer and dryer, and was told it would be delivered in a week. No delivery. No phone call. I had to call them. This was the beginning of me having to chase them for any information over several weeks. While I understand that there is an issue with the delivery company and stock levels, I really feel that Rona dropped the ball. If at any time someone had taken initiative to call me I would give a higher rating. I will say the initial sale was smooth and easy. I ended up canceling the sale and going elsewhere (and had my appliances in 4 days, with a follow up phone call from the salesperson.)
It was ok. Different than most curb side pickups we have done Here you had to stand in a line whereas most places can handle bring stuff to your car when you call to notify that you are there to pickup. Also people in the line did not all respect the 6’ distance thing.
The curbside pick up is terribly disorganized. Went to pick up my order that I placed online, instead of having orders assembled and ready to go you have to wait for them to assemble the order. We had to drive around the building twice to get our full order because the staff doesn't seem to know where their merchandise is. The poor staff member that was helping us had to walk back and forth trying to find our items at opposite ends of the building. Not looking forward to having to do this again when the remainder of our order is ready.
Very friendly, quick and helpful experience today.
I was very disappointed with my first pick up experience. The manager contacted us which I very impressed with. I went back yesterday the changes where great ????. Lots of staff came out to service customer's. Went around back to pick up shed. This tome the location was marked and was in and out quick . GREATLY improved
????
Very helpful staff. Great shopping experience
Just in and out for products i use alot of
I've never been to a store with better staff. They will talk you through your project and try to understand your needs. They're polite and respectful, genuine and concerned. They troubleshoot, they ask their colleagues for help and …
Great local store with the friendliest staff and knowledgeable assistance and guidance. More of a real hardware store feel than a big box store, but with a much easier shopping experience because there is always someone to ask. Throughout the Covid-19 Pandemic and slow reopening in Ontario, Rona was the store that felt safe from the lineup, to the experience inside. They care enough to make sure our community and their staff are as safe as possible.
Good size store where there is enough selection of items without being overwhelmed and have to spend a lot of time looking. Customer service is friendly and helpful. I would like to see the employees stop by and ask if I'd like help when I am obviously not finding what I need rather than me having to track them down. Helping customers should take priority over stocking a shelf.
It's great for anything from home renovations to building a new home from scratch but unfortunately Rona isn't made for small projects. Everything is industrial size or the hardware seems to be made for industrial sized builds. So if you're …
Love this place family owns independent Canadian and absolutely friendly this place is not like other big box stores fantastic selection of building supplies and they offer contract accounts a greater discounts at Home Depot
Recently we have been completely renovating a condo we bought in Guelph. Looking for a bathroom vanity we went into our local Rona store at 55, Dawson Rd. and bought one we liked. We then got into a conversation about a countertop for it and one thing led to another. We ended up buying all our flooring, bathroom fixtures, taps and supplies for a custom built shower. We intended to just put in an easy one piece acrylic shower but Peter in the kitchen and bath area advised us that if we installed a custom shower with a wide glass door we would be able to have help getting into and out of the shower enabling us to stay longer in our condo if either of us became less mobile. It was great advice for a couple in their mid seventies and we took it. Peter has a good eye for matching up vanities with counter tops and flooring. We have never renovated before and the help we have been given by the team of Peter, Larry, Dave, Deb and Sharon has been wonderful so all our dollars gone to supporting a local business. We would also like to mention our contractor Alex of Woodlands Contracting. He has done an excellent job of all our painting, flooring, tiling and installing a new ceiling in our kitchen. He is a very pleasant young man who pays attention to detail and has accommodated our changes in depth of colour by calling us to come over and see how one wall looked before painting the whole room. We count ourselves very fortunate to find such a professional tradesman. F Forbes
Bought deck boards from here last week. Now I know why they were on sale. This was the most sub standard deck building material that I've ever bought. I've been building for over 40 years. I made this stuff work but extremely disappointed at the quality of the product. Will be looking elsewhere from now on.
Very helpful. Thanks
Accommodating staff. Quite helpful once you get their attention.
Very helpful staff and knows their stuff!
Very responsible social distancing, great help, found what I needed quick and easily.
Always helpful. Though close a bit early on Monday and Tuesday.
Always a good customer experience!
I asked for a can of paint and they mixed the WRONG color even though I pointed to it twice. when I told them they got the color wrong they told me I'd have to buy another one. Will NOT be shopping here again, and will NOT be recommending it to anyone.
I gotta give a shoutout to Keith at the service desk at Rona who walks me through every crazy project I dream of and makes sure that I have all the supplies I need to get the job done. Super friendly and expert, nuanced advice. People are starting to think I'm handy, but really it's the staff at Rona that make it appear that way. Thank you!
Smaller than some Ronas, but has a pretty good selection. For the most part, staff are willing and able to help.
Well organized and courteous
I give Rona Guelph official toilet seal of approval ????
Quick shopping... I asked info service desk.. Got help right away.. In minutes shopping done.
Cranky sales staff. The young ones, great, helpful! Customer service desk, top notch! Older gentleman in kitchen and bath needs a beer and a vacation. Maybe a quick read up on customer *service
This review has to do with service and not so much products. I would like to congratulate the staff at Rona Guelph! what an amazing crew! every single time I go I find knowledgeable people such as Charlie (wood section) or Stephen (paint) Diane at cash, we are always greeted with a smile but mostly we get tips on about everything! I love that I can pay with my AirMiles without someone making 'faces', lets face it, it is more work for them yet we are always welcome to do so if we choose to do so! so congratulations Rona, you have amazing staff! Product wise - whatever I have gotten at Rona has always been great.
This store has a great range of choice for whatever you need in hardware and general fix-it material. More importantly, the staff at the service desk know their stuff, and are friendly and approachable. I'm not terribly handy, and they've helped me solve a few problems, and find the right products.
Great place
Good organized store Friendly staff. Good prices
A good RONA. A franchised location but despite its size an excellent selection of products. Better than the franchise in Kitchener which has much less selection.
What in the garden center. The staff was very friendly.
My recent visit found the same indifferent customer service as always. Unless you jump up and down in front of someone on the floor, you are ignored—no such thing as ‘can I help you find something?’ Far worse—The cashier, a young woman, was very rude—impatient ( no line up and I was t holding her up) and patronizing (sure, old lady, you know how to use Apple Pay) and no thank you to be had. I’d rather go out of town. Too bad Cambridge closed. Worth the half hour drive.
Good quality materials. Recommended
Fast & easy experience purchasing lumber & soil at RONA today. Extremely helpful employees working in each section we visited. The person working at the pick-up station around back was friendly despite the rain, kindly cut the lumber for us before we left & did a great job. Thank you!
Friendly staff. Good supply of home improvement items.
Awesome I was in and out fast. New locks, keys and a door.
Great value and wonderful customer service! They go the extra mile for you
Amazing helpful staff! Very impressed with the service at this location!
Great store and great service especially if your a contractor! Beats dealing with home depot or lowes any day
I use to love Rona, but everything changed with Lowe's buyout. I tried getting the LG washer / dryer special advertised now, but not available ANYWHERE in Ontario. How is this possible? Worse, no rainchecks, no delivery when available, but rather just NO... COVID, blahblahblah, supply issues blahblahblah, nothing can be done blahblahblah. So, why advertise? So now I'm going to write to consumer affairs.
Online pickup order took 4 days for an in store item which said was in stock in abundant quantity.
They're doing a pretty good job considering these times
I've dealt with this store for decades and I've never encountered a store with this many staff that know little about what they sell. (Except JL's Home Building) It does not matter if it is the service desk or the contractors desk. This does not even mention the rude, disinterested attitude of most of the staff. If you have to do business there because its on your approved accounts list, there are only 2 people who know their stuff....Wendy (A true pro), James and Dan. Forget anyone else. I hope the good ones get to keep their jobs when Lowes take over, as much as ANOTHER US takeover makes my stomach roll.
I have repeatedly come here for many of my renovs: bathrooms, hardwoods, ceramics, etc ... and have always been impressed with the excellent and friendly customer services I received. Although, it is not as big as the other hardware stores. This is a plus since i don't have to walk miles and miles inside the store before I find someone to help me. I can order almost everything I need via the order desk. Most of the time, they even honor the current promotions for special order items. Peter in the bath/kitchen order desk is knowledgeable and very helpful. Much appreciate the helps i received from this place many times.
Well stocked and helpful when I picked up lumber for a home project
Good prices for contractors.
Great place!
Went in looking for flooring, they had a sale on solid Birch. Larry in flooring was patient and very knowledgeable. Spent less than a third of my Home Depot quote and they will store it for free until I am ready. My new DIY store
Staff is not particularly interested in finding solutions. Good selection, if you know what you need.
Everyone was so helpful.
This place used to be great, had great staff, great stock and great quality lumber. The last little while it has been poorly stocked and hard to find anything you need in the store however the staff are still great. Closes way too early on weekdays which makes people have to go to Home Depot instead of supporting a local store.
2021 update. Still awesome! Hani helped immensely with my flooring project. Couldn't have found better help anywhere, I'm sure. Keep up the good work! Always helpful, locally owned, not hard to find employees if you have a question.
This is, by far, the best hardware store in terms of their handling of the post-corona reality. They are the quickest when it comes to processing orders, and Jason has been extremely helpful with working out logistics for pickups vs. deliveries. Consider me a new long-term customer. Thanks guys!
People are helpful knowledgeable and friendly
Not pleased. Received incorrect product and have waited weeks for them to respond to my request to resolve the error. Still waiting to hear back...
Six people in the line out front, but got in under 5 mins. Online order ready an hour after I ordered.????
Nice little building store. You can find everything you need here.
A great experience. Friendly and accommodating.
The staff at Rona are always helpful and knowledgeable. It is my go-to-store when I need stuff for the house.
Nice helpful staff
Worst customer service, waited on hold for over 1/2 hour to be transferred. Waited over an hour and gave up. Billed twice for the same item. Last purchase from Rona! Home Depot no issues, Canadian Tire ready for pickup. All orders placed on the same day. Sign up for email and get a $10 discount... that didn't happen either.
Poorly stocked Slow to process your order
was looking for a washer and dryer and was inquiring about the energy saving program, after finally getting threw after being hung up on I could barley understand the rep in bath department who picked up my call. Hard accent, after getting a quote on a dryer i said i would need the matching washer. he proceeded to tell me he didn't know what unit that was and i would need to find it myself and provide me with a sku number so he could look it up. I won't be returning here and clearly they don't know how to do there job. Hard to get good service these days!
Very friendly staff Answering all my questions.
Terrible costumer service , i asked to scan my vippro app was sent back to customer service then back to cashier just to be told it didn't work and they didn't know why it doesn't apply discount. I understand if am app is having technical …
The lumber department was extremely helpful and we found the service at this store very good. The prices are also competitive. We have shopped at this store for while and have never had a bad experience.
Smaller then most. Still effective. Stocks were fine for my needs.
I have had to call over a few times in the last few months . All three associates that helped me were incredible , calm and helpful . When the store was open , I even had someone at the lumber counter who helped me design a fence door! Great place love these guys!
Great place. Much more choice in kitchen and bathroom than HD. Numerous times now we've been shopping elsewhere, banging our heads against a wall with the lack of selection, only to try Rona and immediately find what we want. They have "truck load" kitchen units that are pre-assembled, in stock and well priced. We are very happy with the end result. Staff at the kitchen/bath deal are very helpful. We have now done two bathrooms and a kitchen with the major supplies from here. They also have a great line in recycled paint. Much cheaper than the usual stuff and does a great job. Had only seen this in Walmart before. Not sure what these negative reviewers are on about. Did they go to some other place?
When I first moved to Guelph I came to the store for help with something in my home and I got horrible service. I thought it might be a one-time deal so I tried a couple of times after that and still got horrible service. All the staff I …
Very pleasant shopping experience. 3 staff helped me get the right stuff. 5 star help for sure.
Staff at this location providing great service - they know products they carry and of their competitors. James S. at the order desk was very helpful yesterday. He helped me order the right material for my project - he took the time to explain various differences and helped me look ahead to avoid installation issues. Very helpful!
They graciously went out of their way to help me purchase a bag of soil, I am super thankful!!
Quick to get order ready and was waiting at the door to bring you your order when I arrived!!!!! Very nice customer service as well!!!
Depressingly mismanaged before the pandemic and rude on phone during the pandemic. Underwhelming representation of an already underwhelming brand. Don't bother stopping there.
Found prices are a little cheaper at rona in guelph Extremely helpful staff
Terrible curbside, definitely wont be ordering from here again.
Did not have what l was specifically looking for but found item on clearance rack the l thought l should get so it was a win
Great customer service everytime I go
Customer service was excellent. I was looking for an item that was on sale but there wasn't any on the shelf. A gentleman went to check in the back and had 5 in his arms when he returned. Thank you both for being to friendly.
Great prices, quick service, knowledgable employees.
For 7 days now I have gone to Home Depot - line up are horrendous, looks like 200 people waiting outside. NO SENIORS HOURS LIKE ZEHRS. I also have herniated disc, can't stand forever. Today I went to RONA, got what I needed, in & out 6 mins. Shame on HOME DEPOT - at least have senior hour. OR HAVE 2ND STORE, LIKE WALMART HAS 2 STORES. I will now shop Rona or Home Hatdware.
I was having trouble finding shower doors that would fit our 1 pc acrylic tub/shower. The gentleman at the plumbing service desk did some digging and found exactly what I needed. I have been to 2 other stores and they just told me they didn't have anything in that size. They didn't even try to look something up.
Service was excellent especially yard for lumber bye bye to home depot will shop at this Rona again
Amazing store, amazing staff and overall just a great store!!
Very helpful.
If we could give this place zero stars, we would. My husband and I came from out of town, looking for a screen door and from the moment we got in, we received the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. No one offered to help us, despite the fact that we wandered around the screen door aisle aimlessly for several minutes. I should mention that the store was NOT busy; we finally sought out help from the staff and found them all chatting amongst themselves behind the “customer service” desk. My husband had to go as far as ask someone to come along to the correct department... we’ve been doing renovations on our cottage for two years and have been to many home improvement stores during this time. Not once have we ever been treated as poorly as we were today. Not only did the staff members on site seem unknowledgeable (no one could elaborate on any of the products we were asking about or offer up any alternatives), they were condescending and unfriendly. Two of them were so busy flirting with each other, they wouldn’t have noticed if anyone needed help to begin with. We finally decided to purchase one of the doors anyway, despite our unpleasant experience, and no one offered to help us take it off the shelf. Someone did grab us a cart, but that’s about as far as the customer service experience went. We did all the heavy lifting. After we left the store, our contractor phoned us to let us know we would actually be needing a different size door. As we were already on our way to run our next errand, we thought we would stop by and exchange the product on our way back home. To be safe, my husband checked Rona’s closing time and realized it closed at 6pm, which meant we had 8 minutes to get back to the store by the time we noticed! He left me at Costco so that he could race back to Rona with the door, and arrived at 5:58pm, only to find a young staff member locking up already. He politely asked if he could make one quick transaction since technically there were still 2 minutes to spare, but she would have none of it. As I said before, we are from out of town. We will now have to make a special trip to get back there tomorrow... only this time we will be returning all the products we purchased rather than just exchanging one. This lack of customer service is embarrassing and unacceptable. We will not be shopping at this Rona location ever again and will be sure not to recommend it to any of our friends or family.
Best lumber in town and the crew working there are great and knowledgeable on top of being friendly. They'll steer you where you need to go in the store or where if they don't have the product.
I guess its hit or miss. I went there instead of home depot because there wasn't anyone that could help drop a skid of self leveler from the rack at home depot and had an honestly amazing experience. So I went there again the next day and unfortunately had a horrible experience. The guy at the order desk was unexpectedly rude for no reason. I actually returned everything and went to a rona in a different city. That totally killed my day. I don't want to switch products half way through the job but after I'm done leveling the floor, im going back to home depot for everything else. Just like I have for the last 20 years. I've seen good service here and terrible service here. I couldn't be bothered if the service is a gamble. Like going to a restaurant when it's only good sometimes. I go somewhere else. There's no half star, so its rounded down, but it should be 2.5 stars Try harder. To the rude guy at the service desk. You know what isle the screws are in and you know where the sand is, so when you're done pounding sand, why don't you go screw yourself.
Very knowledgeable staff. They were extremely helpful with my bathroom renovation. Great recommendations for plumbing fixtures and they have a very nice selection of high quality bathroom vanities too!
Very helpful Staff with a wide selection of goods & services to select from. Found everything I was looking for. Will certainly return for any future Hardware needs I have.
Was there at 8:30am. Quick in and out. Excellent social distancing measures in place. All employees wearing masks. Most importantly, great customer service!
Good service, helpful staff, distancing protocols well in place. We bought what we came for.
Excellent customer service!!!
This place is amazing. Customer service is top notch. They're helpful and give great advice. All my orders were phone in and all associates made it so easy from order to pick up and loading in my vehicle. Shopping for home renovation supplies isn't easy during this pandemic but they make it easier at Rona Guelph. Thanks so much.
Awesome service, selection and staff. 2 thumbs way ,way up!
AWESOME!!! I NEVER ever experienced such perfect service in my whole life considering im old. overall i rate 100/100 best place to buy wood
Very helpful and friendly cashier.
A great place to find what you need for most Reno jobs. Excellent selection of products with a lot of hard to find items actually in stock. Is quickly becoming my go to location.
Ridiculous customer service and very unprofessional staff. I will never recommend this store to anyone else even if I am getting very good deal, I will never ever go to this store. I will be happy to spend more money to the other store where I will get respect and better customer service. This was a WORSTTTT customer service I have experienced in my entire life.
Returned some flooring. From Ed in the back to Chuck in the store the experience was seamless and excellent!!
Wonderful garden centre, Carol provided such incredible customer service as well as her colleague with my purchases. I need more time to return and get a better look at all the products in the store.
Very helpful in paint department.
Thank you to Steven Edmunds who work at Rona in Guelph, you really went extra miles and follow up with all the emails to get our gazebo warranty. Your service is greatly appreciate. You are truly the man on a mission.
Since my local Rona store in Cambridge has closed I now use the Guelph location for all my Rona needs. They do sell some stuff the other hardware stores don't have and I would love to give 5 stare but some of the lumber in here has literally doubled in price and not come back down with the rest of it otherwise it's a decent store
