Dropped my coat off for cleaning. Was told $20 and four days for pick up. Four days later I came by to pick it up and I was informed it hadn't been cleaned because there was leather under the collar and they needed my approval to charge more. I was told $30 and agreed this was fine, and waited another week. When I went to pick it up, the price was $45. No explanation was given. After a lengthy discussion with the clerk who didn't understand the situation, I just decided to pay and get out. Twice as long and twice the price later, I finally have my coat back. I will not be returning.

I want to thank Perfect Cleaning Centre for your efficient and wonderful work. My family and I came back from vacation to a broken washer and brought all our laundry to them. We dropped off our clothes in the morning and they had it ready, folded and smelling wonderful by the end of the work day. Thank you so much. The place is also very warm and clean, a pleasure.

They did a great job. Laundry was ready in 2hrs. I forgot to ask for unscented detergent so my cloths did have a heavy fragrance. Good people, quick service

I've been coming here for over a year. I've liked how clean the place usually is, along with the fair prices, free wifi, lots of space to sit and the fact that it's open later than anywhere in town. However (despite the name), this laundromat is far from perfect. There has been some pretty significant issues with the upkeep around here. Half the dryers have been not working for months, and there's quite a few machines out of order or that have issues. Now they don't even have a change machine anymore.

This dry cleaning place is the worst of it's kind. It's overpriced and though they guaranteed my items could be fixed they returned them worse than as I brought it as it had an old and cigarette stink. The customer service was unpleasing. Their service was also not timely. We definitely do not recommend this place, please do not waste your money on such a low-performance, overly priced, late return, and nasty customer service. STAY AWAY!

I had a big job to do and was at a loss of how to get it done. I called Perfect Cleaning Centre and spoke to Marcia who said to come by right away. After explaining to her and the owner, we had agreed on a plan to deal with the task at hand. Not only was my laundry handled with the utmost of care, but it was done in record time. The staff were so kind and very accommodating. I highly recommend this extremely professional establishment to anyone looking for a clean, well maintained and pleasant laundromat, where you can either do your own laundry or have it wash, dry and folded for you. Good cause it's open later than others in area

I usually go there to do my laundry and they are usually pretty good. But today I took half my laundry and I usually use the 9.00 machine due to my husband and I always has dark clothes so it is cheaper to use that one then many small double loaders. The first round I use the two front double loaders and it seemed to not having much water in them to use it was like a dry wash. Then i use 4 dryers and one dryer was cold no heat but it says it was on high. I told her about and no reimbursement for the money lost. She told me to switch dryer's. I did. Then I went back home to get second load of laundry and I used a double loader again imsweat themwater that had to go in was maybe a half cup of water and that is all that it had in there to do a wash meanwhile I had full basket of clothes in there. I don't think I will be going back. I will find another one to go to.

All their dryers never work. They only have a few that actually work. Many times go to grab my clothes n they are still damp have to try n find another dryer that doesn’t say out of order. Never going back there again

- Open Late! which is a major plus. - Its relatively clean. - Free WIFI that's pretty speedy. - Price is pretty much the usual - The dryers on the right hand wall are older but run hotter. - The change machine was out of change one night which was a major pain. The convenience store next door isn't connected and won't hand out great quantities of quarters. - Has lots of parking. - Has got some very large machines for linen etc.

We have only used them twice. First experience was amazing; second was not. Similar amount of laundry cost 2x as much to be done as the first woman. It wasn't unexpected as we were told to report it if we ever get overcharged. Gotta say, even with that, nothing beats fresh, perfectly folded laundry and they do that well.
