OVERPRICED! Can't get over how much more they charge vs dry cleaners in York Region. 3x more expensive for the same thing. They claim to be "green" and that's the reason for the cost. Complete crock as the other cleaners I've been too are also green and fully organic. Was in a bind and waited until the last minute to get my shirts and pants dry cleaned, but this is definitely the first and last time I'll be using Palmer Cleaning Centre.

I have been using Palmer's now for many years for all of my suits and dress shirts. They take great care in cleaning and pressing, and also the odd repair that I wouldn't have known would be needed. Friendly staff, and quick turnaround time if required. I would highly recommend.

These are new owners. Not the ones you may be familiar with. ---------------------------------------- Currently 0/5 … will update review score after pending interaction involving the ruined wedding dress. [UPDATED to 2/5] ... they have refunded me for the damaged dress and the initial cleaning. Still not a great experience, but definitely better than nothing. ---------------------------------------- This is my experience so far after going to get my wife’s wedding dress dry cleaned. We specifically called out that it was silk and they said they would have to send it away to get cleaned (no biggie). It comes back way too quickly and ends up shrunk by over 6 inches off the length and all over the body. I’ve now driven and phoned with this establishment numerous times and am currently dropping the dress off so they can examine it… So as it stands: - Shrunk a wedding dress (waiting to hear back on a resolution… they should refund us the original dress price… will update if anything less than that) - Terrible hours that aren’t up to date online (9-3) M-F - No management available to speak to at any time. Phone or in person. - They have other locations under different names in different cities and it’s difficult to figure out which establishments they own. I would appreciate more transparency so I can avoid them in the future. ----------------------------------------

Pricing is outrageous! It cost me more to dry clean the items than they were worth. They couldn’t give me a price when I dropped everything off and didn’t say anything to acknowledge my complaint about the pricing.

Had a duvet cleaned here for the first time. Upon opening the "cleaned" item, it was clear they had missed many spots or didnt clean it at all. Spots were still smelly and dog hair was visible. Incredibly expensive too. Wont be coming here again.

Got my wedding dress cleaned at Palmer Cleaning Centre in Guelph. The dress was clean, but they lost the hanger that came with the dress and returned it with some pulls in the lace, likely after it fell off the crappy wire hanger they substituted for my good one. They said they would look for the hanger and call me back but they never did. I tried following up and they didn't respond. Don't trust them with your expensive wedding dress.

Poor cleaning. Didn't get a stain out that was less than 2 days old in a new suit. Wasn't cheap either.
