The guy who does the oil changes at Olco is super friendly & and quick. Plus you get two free car washes. He was very informative and kind when answering my questions. I'll definitely return for oil changes.

A no frills gas station with some of the best prices around. Pumps are a little slow because it used to be Esso, both gasoline and diesel available. Also has a good older style car wash that has the spinning rags if you like that type of wash. The air compressor for tires is free, but has no gauge, so mostly useful if you have your own gauge with you. This also has propane fills for your BBQ tank or NG vehicle.

App shows car wash open but it was closed for several days for repairs. My subscription was about to run out and I emailed manager about an extension since the place was closed. No response. I won't be returning or renewing my subsription. Very discourteous. Driveway entrance to the wash looks like it was bombed. Huge potholes full of dirty water and lots of mud around where they placed the "bug pre-wash" barrel.

Worst valet car wash iv ever been to. I have a monthly car wash with Brantford location and I have a pickup truck and I put weight in the back no problem at that location. I came here bought a $22 car wash! And the guy gave me a hard time I showed him the sticker in my window and told him I always go to the Brantford location and I have no problems and he refused to let go in. I would give less then one star if possible worst customer service I have ever had at a car wash! And it's not to mess up that when u just push buttons. Don't waste your money!

Ive been Coming to this place my entire adult life and watched alot of their employees come and go. That being said one in particular stands out amongst the rest. Hes a relatively new fella that runs the car wash. Hes super personable and always friendly. He gives the kind of too notch customer service you dont get very often. I recently saw a sign out front for a manager position and id highly recommend they consider him for the posting. Hes what this place needs .

I strongly advise others to stay away (especially from the oil bay). Very very poor customer service and customer treatment. I got new brakes last year (perfect no sounds). So I went to get a rustproofing this year a few days back, and ever since my brakeline was making a horrid grinding and vibration noise every time I stopped. The oil bay attendant had been sloppy and gotten some inside the places where they must be careful not too. This went on about 2 weeks so I was forced to take my car to get brakes serviced at mechanics. Bill of 144 bucks for the repair and my mechanic said the brake pads and line were coated with stuff that if left would force me to replace my brakes again even though they are not even a year old! So the very best compensation the manager came up with was 2 free car washes and not apologetic or accepting responsibility WHATSOEVER. Terrible terrible business practice. An absolute JOKE. In conclusion, if anybody out there needs rustproofing on your vehicle undercarriage, pay a little extra and go to Krown to have it down properly so you don't destroy your brakes!!!

Took the 2018 Hyundai Elantra sedan for a wash. The sign on the far left of the car wash entrance says "bronze" car wash for $ 7. When you go inside the gas station to pay, they have a totally different price chart that says Express for $ 8.99 plus HST. The clerk had no idea about the "bronze car wash" sign even when I pointed to it near the Tim Horton's drive-thru right beside the car wash. Sigh - just causing confusion. The car wash is not touchless and it bends back the folding side-mirrors of the car. After I exited the car wash, and did a full circle vehicle inspection, I noticed the soap on the driver side portion of the front bumper hadn't been washed off. Not good. Otherwise the wash was very good having cleaned the tires also and most likely an undercarriage wash as well for their lowest price (car was silver colour). Many times in the mid-afternoon/evenings, their gas price is cheapest in town (CostCo notwithstanding).

!!WARNING!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS CAR WASH. I was a student commuting to Guelph Every day and I came across this 15 dollar a montj car wash. It worked out to be $17.54 after tax a month. I was told I could wash my car once a day which I did for Approximately 20 days. After these 20 days I tried canceling my pass VIA Valet Car Wash app. After canceling the active pass and then confirming to cancel I see a payment taken out of my bank account the next month. I proceeded to open the app to see my cancelled pass is active. I tried to CANCEL my pass AGAIN thinking it was all over with. But to my surprise this month money has been taken out of my bank account again. This is a sham. Once they get your banking information GOOD LUCK cancelling your monthly pass. Beware of this car wash.

I love the gas prices they are always go there for my gas it's just that I went for my car wash today my first car wash with my new car and I got home and realized I looked at the back of the car was still dirty so I hope they'll do something about it and not sure but if not I'm not going back there for another car wash

The worst car wash in my life. my car is still dirty. I never recommend this location. you just waste your money. even one star for them is too much and they do not deserve it

Just went through the wash. It scratched my truck so bad it looKS like someone took sand paper to it. Went back and was treated like I was trying to rip them off. Said "it was probably like that before" the truck has less than 20,000km on it and I hope I can find someone to polish it or I'll have to paint it! Thanks for the great customer service
