I have had the privilege of growing up down the street near m&m. The owners that I know of now, different when I was kid, are super friendly and kind. You can always expect a good laugh with the tall gentleman and a friendly smile from the rest of his family. I come here mostly for laundry but do my lotto and get a quick snack. The Laundromat works great, my clothes come out smelling fresh, and the price is on point for machines that look brand new. It's also all soft water! Awesome. I'll definitely continue to use this Laundromat/variety store and I hope they can continue to keep their business for many years to come. Maybe soon our local stores can sell wine/beer. Then this'll be a perfect spot for myself and hopefully others.

I recently started coming here after my washer broke. The owner guided me though the process. A very nice man. One of the cleanest laundromats in guelph. Machines are all relatively new and well maintained. Way cleaner than the one downtown.

I have been coming here for a year and the inside is always tidy and clean. The owners are always around and coming in to check up to make sure everything is going well. They open promptly at 730 am which is key as I come do my sheets for work and need to depend on the hours being kept. They do a good job as well with following Covid protocols. There is a change machine and a bank machine and lots of free parking and is very close to downtown.

I've been going here every week for about the last 6 years. Always clean and I've never had any problems with any of the machines. Reasonable prices, friendly and helpful staff. They have a small parking lot and do not allow non customers to park there, this may be what some of the other reviewers are referring to. The variety store next to the laundry is usually open while the Laundromat is open and they will change bills for you or help you if you need anything. The owners take a lot of pride and are often in and out cleaning and checking in with customers, they are very nice. The fact that there is always someone there (or at least next door in the variety store that they also own and run) goes a long way for security, this place feels safer than some of the competition

Worst owner ever. Never go to the laundromat or the variety store. Owner is rude and swears at customers. I’ve never seen a company operate like this. The man who appears to be the owner was threatening me and was using profanity multiple times directly at me. I asked him politely to calm down and that his sign wasn’t clear, and he continued to curse at me. Once I was in my car he continued to come to my car and curse at my even though I was sitting in my car with my windows up and not disturbing anyone. PLEASE NEVER GO HERE!

It's tucked away on London st and inset behind a small parking lot. The convenience store and laundromat are owned by the same nice couple. It's clean and well maintained. The prices are low and it has a sink, change machine and soap dispenser as expected.

This used to be my regular laundromat but problems with their washers have made me look elsewhere. Three times in a row now I've taken clothes out of the washers and they're so sopping wet that they're dripping. Have they adjusted the spin cycles to shorter/slower? Definitely not overloaded or unbalanced - and a different machine each time. Takes twice as long to dry them. To counter those negative aspects it's clean & I've found there are always staff on hand, though not always helpful.

This Family Run Business is a delight on Laundry Day. Mike, His Wife and/or Mother-In-Law are always on site making sure nothing goes wrong with the washers/dryers and cash/coin Exchange machines. If you forget or run out of laundry material their next door Variety Store is able to assist. I've been frequenting this pleasant & CLEAN business for years now. It is the only Laundromat I will ever use in Guelph. Wishing the M&M Family many more years operating this Essential Service in good health . I'm thankful to have found them.
