I had Matt in to clean out my dryer vent. He was super knowledgable, friendly and very professional. I was installing a dryer booster the following day and my HVAC guy commented on how clean the vent pipe was. These guys were also able to get here within a couple of days, where others I called were scheduling a week or more out. They also use a brush system as opposed to compressed air which is much more thorough IMO. I highly recommend this company.

I am so pleased I called Patrick at Dryer Vent Wizard to assess my dryer venting situation. Patrick arrived early, after texting in advance, was very professional and competent. His inspection revealed a lint clogged dryer housing, a poor vent connection and an antiquated venting system. We were having trouble with a bird's nest blocking our dryer vent. The technician called half an hour before arriving and was prompt at our scheduled appointment. He managed to remove the nest which had a baby bird and it's as well as some eggs. We relocated it safely not too far away from the vent he then replaced outside vent screen as well as put a bird cage in. He then clean the inside vent. Matt was very professional and pleasant. Even during these Covid times he maintained his distance and got the job done. Highly recommend!

We called in Dryer Vent Wizard to assess the alignment of our dryer vent, fix it as needed, clean the duct, and replace the exterior vent cap. The service rep was on time, and very friendly and professional. He concluded we didn’t need a full-on duct cleaning, but he would clear away anything easy and obvious. He did a meticulous job on the cap repair, and I feel confident our vent is finally properly aligned and working optimally. Side note: We have a gas dryer, and I didn’t need it disconnected/reconnected. He just worked around it carefully. Highly recommend!

I contacted vent wizard they made an appointment for me for just a couple of days away . The technician that came out was very polite and let me know everything he was doing, and cleaned up any mess when he was done . It was a little pricey but for peace of mind I suppose it’s worth it. I received very professional and proper advice and price on my vent repair service. They also tried to help me attach my dryer power plug to the wall. They did not complain when the work was really difficult but think for customer and ensure a safe venting situation for customers. They said in Ontario the house fire caused by dryer venting is twice every day. They are fast to book appointment. If you call to book them, you can get them coming tomorrow instead of waiting till next week. They have very welcoming phone service. They charge you reasonably. If one part was not used, they wouldn’t charge you on that. It has taken me almost 2 months to fix my dryer and washer and get it working. I’ve also tried many other repair companies, But it always ended up with incomplete work, bad attitude, and more problems. I’m glad I finally found golden triangle dryer vent and their service worths the money.

Amazing response time! Had a fantastic experience with the technician, Matt - who is kind-hearted and was quick to resolve our crazy issue. We had an excavation for a pool gone wrong (piled soil too high and too close to the broken vent) combined with a torrential rainfall event in the day that followed: heavy, wet mud went all the way into our dryer from our originally broken vent. All is now set-up way better than before the excavation started. Would highly recommend!

Patrick, the owner of the Golden Triangle Dryer Vent Wizard was very responsive and booked an appointment for us quickly to help remediate a problem with a tempermental, brand new LG washer/dryer stack that was venting poorly. His technician Matt arrived on schedule and thoroughly explained the steps he would be taking in fixing our venting problems -- that included moving the stack out of its location so he could properly access the dryer vent and fan. That was something two other appliance service providers sent by LG refused to do. He completed a serious cleaning of the vent from both the dryer-side and the upper vent to the outside. He cleaned the extra venting fan, and properly installed a new dryer transition duct -- the people who sold us the unit and installed it had used improper ducting that is a fire hazard and is no longer recommended for use. All in all, Matt and Patrick were both highly professional, responsive and effective. I would strongly recommend Golden Triangle Dryer Vent Wizard for anyone who wants the highest caliber of professional work at a very reasonable price. And, given how important proper dryer vent maintenance is, I would also strongly recommend a regular visit by Golden Triangle to keep your dryer vent clean and safe. Really, really happy with this service.

I was having issues with my dryer venting, causing my whole room to become a sauna. A different contractor stated I would need the whole venting re-routed to fix the issue, but after Pat taking a look he was able to resolve the issue without having to go through this whole procedure. Eight months later, we had an issue with the dryer vent face plate on the side of the house and Pat came by free of charge to fix it. My wife is very glad that we chose Patrick and Dryer Vent Wizard. We had a major blockage in our dryer venting to the outside. Patrick arrived on schedule and diagnosed our problem. Fixed it immediately. I would recommend everyone get their venting cleaned by Patrick of Dryer Vent Wizard at least once a year. I was amazed at how much lint was trapped throughout the vent. So happy we called!
