Dont get a car wash!! Car wash is absurdly slow - 6 minutes per car. If you have 10 cars in front (lineup almost full to entrance) you'll be waiting an hour in line and there's no where to get out of line due to a huge curb with no exit.

Not a very big gas station. Gets busy on long weekends in the summer. Pump was broken when I was there - couldn't get high octane gas.

The one lady that works there is always nice and making jokes. I go there almost everyday for my daily does of caffeine. And she always has a smile on her face even if she is wearing a mask you can just tell. Great customer service there!

Dude who works behind the cash is super friendly, often striking up conversation while I'm paying. Pumps work quick, you get a bit of bonus cash, and it's normally a few cents cheaper than the Esso. Cool stuff.

I use the car wash here a lot. It's clean and usually short wait times to get into the car wash.

This is a modern and well maintained gas bar. Prices are usually higher on average than other gas bars. There is very limited parking for confectionery or in-store purchases. The entrance and exit for this gas bar is dangerous and atrocious. It is made even worse by poor sign placement that blocks the view of motorists. The staff here were pleasant when I used the location to fuel up.

My second go-to place when I need something for the house. Store is usually clean and staff are normally friendly and helpful. I usually order all my stuff online and then go in to pick it up but do make a point to browse around the store looking for sales and new things to buy.

the car wash is the worst one I have used. I bought a bunch of them when they had a $5 sale on them and I now realize why it was $5 , I wont even pay $1 for their car wash. Every time I go through the car wash my car never gets cleaned , at first I thought it was probably me but its been 4 times now , I would never ever buy canadian tire car wash ever again and I would not recommend it to any one either .

We are driving through North Bay right now (6 pm) and stopped here to use the bathroom. My son walked in and started heading for the restroom only to be rudely told by the woman at the register that the restroom is for paying customers only, and as my husband walked in she said "this is not a restaurant." What a horrible way to treat people. She needs to be replaced How can you have a fuel station next to the highway and not allow people to use your toilet? Canadian Tire, you need better people representing you.

Absolutely horrible. Ended up leaving a ton of dust on my car because you can't see anything in there! It's way to dark to get a good clean. Rain-x never works and staff is disrespectful. Been there twice and will never return again.

High pressure soap concentration is very weak, seems to be heavily watered down, obviously to save on soap costs. Same with spray wax; seems to be plain water, does not bead up on car body, and no wax scent at all. This was my favorite car wash when the previous owners operated it. New owners are mismanaging the business imo.

Will never shop in this store again. My Son is 20 years old went to buy a package of cigarettes and was of course asked for ID in which he was prepared for. He produced his driver's license and older gentleman working said "that's not you" My son then offered his other picture ID and said that his hair color has changed in the 5 years since picture was taken. He still refused to sell him cigarettes with legal ID. I went back to store and asked while no one was in the store what the issue was with his ID and was told it was not him and he refused to sell him cigarettes. I Owner was there and looked at the ID and looked at my son and said that his picture on the ID the face was chubbier then now remember this is a 5 year old picture. He offered all his Id with same name and birth date and picture on it and he yelled at him and said NO he won't sell him cigarettes because his ID was fake. I said that he was my son and he could ask him any question that is on the ID to confirm even though it was ridiculous and again said NO. Then I was told that even me being 40 he would not take my ID and sell me cigarettes either. So now they do not have my business or my family business in their store.

Employee told me that they only fill propane tanks on Saturdays and Sundays between specific hours. This sounded like an excuse to get out of going outside in the cold. I do not believe this is their actual policy. I have visited multiple different Canadian Tire Gas Bar locations and never heard this "policy " before. Frustrating experience.

My wife went to the gas bar tonight and the person serving her was a real douche bag. Told her that she should do something with her life because the debit machine would accept her card even though there was plenty of money in the account. Super pathetic.
