Four years ago this was great place to wash your car, now its gone to pot , there is no one on site for when there are issue with the machines. I 'm not the only one that has had problems with the machines. They have lost my business will go to other side of town for the car, they have attendant for issues

I used the self wash station and it was great. I liked that fact that after I washed the car there was an air blower that let me dry it off. In the winter it is huge because you can get your door handles and windows fully dried off before leaving the wash. It is also easy to get into vs the one on Gordon I also used the change machine and it was fine. I'll definitely go back

Dog/pet wash stations: Great value: $5 for 8 minutes. The water is warm, and my dog was as comfortable as he could be, given the circumstances. On one occasion we needed an emergency wash and everything worked seamlessly, but on another occasion it's shampoo setting didn't work. Luckily we came prepared with shampoo. Do think about whether or not this would suit your pet, the wash stations are not private or closed off from one another. Raincoats there are a nice gesture.

One of the better places to go although they need to update the change machine to take new bills also the pet wash is not worth the time and money no pressure to the water and the dryer setting is comparable to a blow dryer on its way to the garbage. If you have a small short hair dog it could be worth a shot but I would not suggest using that service.

The soap is weak and jet spray pressure is subpar, it didn't remove bugs and tars compare to Spotfree at Milton, that the soap is much stronger to break down the dirt. This place is good for quick rinse off winter salt but not strong enough to remove bugs and tars.

I am really Big on keeping my cars clean...and I live in Guelph. Ive tried All the car washes In Guelph & you don't have ANY options in regards to "GOOD" car washes here. I typically don't wash my car in town, I would rather go to Cambridge or Kitchener. But in the odd time that I have used this location....the bays are Filthy...full of garbage & MUD. The pressure washers are fine. but the foam soap is SLOW and you end up waiting/wasting your time and money waiting for the soap to start. I also ALWAYS have issues with their vacuums. They eat your money, then you are stuck wasting more time calling the number above the change machines, to TRY and get ahold of a real person to get your money back. My guess is that most people wouldnt even call their number when they only loose a dollar or two...imagine how much money they are making, by their machines eating your money!!!!! I guess the problem I have is that VALET CAR WASH on Gordon, is WAY WORSE. so don't waste your time there either....honestly.

Overall good. The Wag N Wash for dogs is good but I definitely find that there's not much soap dispensed on the "shampoo" setting. I have never had any issues with the car wash or the vacuums though.

Good place to get a thorough self wash. Not bad pricing. Only issue is some of the machines are damaged such as not being able to select soap wash or credit card payment being out of order.

Unfortunately this was a really bad experience. Was visiting in Guelph for the first time in a long time. The quality of the manual cleaning went very down hill since my last visit 7 years ago. Unfortunately low pressure with the machines didn't remove even a base layer of dirt, hosing needed to wrap around the body of the car was too short and the dryer didn't work. This may have been specific to the bay I was using. Regardless the experience was less than my previous experiences.

Absolute disaster of a car wash. The self serve bays are hit or miss, cleanliness can be an issue and machines constantly munch on change, because why not? Valet is a much better option.

The better car wash in town, has really degraded over the past 3 years since the ownership changed. They used to have pre-loadable key cards to wash at a discounted rate. New owners don't keep the equipment up and suction on some vacuums is terrible.

Someone needs to check on the bays more often. 3 bays were out of order, 1 bay had coins jammed in the slot, some bays take loonies and some don't. Could be that the loonies section if full? Other than that, its one of the best car washes in the city.

Visited several times (3-4) in the last month as I prefer to wash my own vehicle. I used the bays. This place is dirty on the best of days. There is so much debris/garbage and mud on the concrete floors. Mostly due to a lack of regular cleaning maintenance. We understand that the cleaning of trucks and truck beds is a challenge. When the place was new, it was a decent place to go and wash your own vehicle. Well maintained. Now, everytime I go there, it is very dirty. The air blowers in the bays don't work well and some of the hoses constantly bang against your vehicle while you are washing because they are not properly harnessed. There is no customer care here. Will not return. Stay away until they clean the place up and provide daily maintenance. The place is run down. Not worth the price.

ATM hasn't been in this place for years... The debit / credit services for the wash keys hasn't worked in just as long. The only bill the change dispenser recognizes is a 20. For whatever reason, when taking my car through the wash, it comes out dirtier than going in. Used to be such a great place.

I always go into the self wash booths for my car so I can properly clean my car myself which I like to do. At this place there are 5 booths and one auto Care wash. One of the booths has been out of order for at least a year now where there's only one booth that the buttons actually work the others the buttons are all messed up or sometimes doesn't work.

It's quite obvious that the owners don't intend to reinvest a cent of their profits back into their business. The only reason I occasionally use this place is because of its location.

#1 WORST CAR CLEANING PLACE IN GUELPH Outdated change machines, outdated vacuum machines. Wouldnt accept 99% of coins even the ones given from change machine on site. Vacuums suction sucks could get better suction from GF. Taped and missing vacuum accessories. And ripped me off a dollar because it took me too long to find a coin that the machine would accept.EVEN THEIR WEBSITE IS POORLY MAINTAINED links dont work nothing on pages. HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUISNESS

Very poor maintenance!! One of the bays doesnt have the blow dryer working and no sign to inform customers i wasted money to blow dry my interior and spent another $5 just to find out the air dryer barely works! Complained to the owner just to get a car wash i did not need no money back! Valet Car wash member for $13.99 a month, this place is a waste! No decent upgrade besides installing debit/credit machines to waste peoples money Never again will i go here! See for yourself

Nice spot to wash your car. The automatic touchless car wash takes your credit card while you wait in line. The automatic machine is pretty good except for the dryer which is pretty weak. A lot of the self serve bays offer credit card payments which eliminates the hassle of cash and is COVID safe. Some of the vacuums work. The vacuums are sometimes dirty and often the self serve bays have dirt and debris all over the floor. That’s to be somewhat expected since people go to the bays to wash their cars. The machines that don’t work are clearly marked so it hasn’t been an issue for me. They do have a large parking lot which is nice if you want to dry and detail your car without getting in the way.

Good wash bays, pressure of the sprayers gets the job done. Foam brush supplies lots of foam for rims and tires.. Been going there for years. Only problem was today when I used the money coin changer. Put in a $20.00 bill, received only $13.00 in coins back. The machine appeared to continued clicking but stopped after 10 seconds. The empty light did not turn on.. Bad luck this time I hope.. But all in all the washing bays and drive through wash are good.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Just took my brand new car through the touchless wash. It didn’t get any bugs off of the windshield and the dryers didn’t work. I stopped to talk to the owner/staff about it and they said you need brushes to get bugs off and the dryers are not good dryers and do a terrible job. My car looks worse after taking it there then before. Petra Canada washes always get the bugs off for me touchless. Thanks for a terrible wash!

Bay #4 Water was running out of the brush pipe from above as it was broken and you couldn't help but get wet as you walked around. The nozzel end was leaking and sprayed me as I washed the truck. None of this was evident until after I had pay my money.

Has some nice features with the choices for rinse, air dry etc but there are too many things that are either broken or just non functioning. The bay I was in did not accept loonies after I started so as a result I had to stop and get toonies from the machine and restart the wash which burned thru even more money than needed. There are numerous better options around Guelph, I would suggest that you use those instead.

The first self-wash bay wouldn't accept my credit card. The second one did. Both bays were dirty. When done washing, I pulled out to vacuum. The first vacuum station had the suction hose ripped half off. The second vacuum station took my loonie without providing any vacuum. The third vacuum station worked but suction was weak. All in all a horrible, poorly-maintained place that I won't be returning to, ever. I had to give it one star for the review to post but in reality it's zero stars.

Poorly kept equipment. Piles of dirt inside and vacume hoses are held together with duct tape and no attachments on the 3inch hoses so they dont get into slightly tight spots, not to mention very poor suction. I wasted money on 2 vacumes. Will never go back. Check out Suds.

Everything worked fine for me. First station I went to was not working so I went over 1 row to another station. I choose the super vac ($1 for 4 minutes) and my boyfriend choose the 'ultra' super vac which started at $2. In my opinion 'super vac' for $1 was fine. The time given for my boyfriends vac wasn't enough for him so he paid $4 total to vacuum his car while I only paid $1. I also used the self wash station (starts at $3 - I put in $4) and found it to be sufficient. I'm giving 4 stars because my boyfriend went in to get an air freshener and the machine was not working.. Over all the facility seemed clean, lots of stations, and next time I'd definitely go with the $1 super vac again.

Used to be a great place. Last two times did not go so well. The key slot in Bay 6 was loose so it kept thinking I was reinserting the key and lost all my money left on the key. This morning in Bay 7, it didn't recognize I had inserted a toonie and the machine was jammed with quarters. The water pressure in Bay 7 was also disappointing and soap was not coming out like it used to.

Absolutely horrible - over the past 3 years I have been here a few times, had my money taken SIX times now!! the last and final time was this past Thursday, Sept. the 21st, 2017 - put money in the spray washer and got nothing, no pressure no water, called the number, got no call back. Every time I call, no one calls back, if they do, they are cowards and do not leave a message. I will never use this facility again, SIX TIMES!!! absolutely, UNRELIABLE!!
