We just had our ducts, furnace and dryer vent cleaned today and it was an awesome experience! Pro-Duck-Tive was clean in our home, efficient and friendly. They even took a video to show us how much came out of our dryer vent (ew!) and also some gross stuff that came out of our ducts. We will 100% use this company again, especially because they are locally owned in Grande Prairie. Thanks so much guys!

First time we have had our ducts and furnace cleaned and it was a great experience with this company. They were ahead of schedule so they were able to come early which worked out great. They were friendly, knowledgeable and worked very efficiently. Overall was impressed and would definitely recommend. Don’t forget to get your dryer vent cleaned too!

Professional and good service. They most definitely asked if we would like them to wear masks. We said no. Because they're cleaning the ducts, what difference would a mask make? They're not up in my personal space. We have much cleaner ducts and found some baby toys during the process ????. Friendly and quick service. I'd recommend them again and again.

But I didn’t see you guys wearing mask. My fault for not calling, and verifying you’re company policy. But reading you’re response…. I updated my review from 3 stars to 1 stars, for the awful response from the owner….
