I received very unprofessional service here. I was sent by my company in for a service. I told them I wanted an oil and lube. My service manager texted me and asked me to have the fuel filter changed as well. I called out to the guy at total to tell him, he ignored me, so I called out again. I thought maybe it was too loud, so I climbed down to tell him. He wouldn't answer. I was confused. He then started throwing things and cursing. He yelled down to the guy in the pit "now we're doing a fu$&ing complete on this fu$&ing thing!!" He then stormed around throwing some rags and stuff. Not sure what the problem was, but I thought this was their job. Also the guy under the truck, who was doing most of the work seemed very happy to be doing it. Very unprofessional attitude.

Worked here & they decided to protect me by firing me. Very unprofessional, the boss was very rude to her employees as after I got fired my friend quit. Also found raw meet in the bay.

Basically just wand wash with plain water. The soap is not doing anything and I strongly believe it is very expensive.

Had an oil change done on my 40 ft diesel motorhome. They got me in right away and did an excellent job changing the oil and doing a lube. They checked all other fluids. Was in and out in less than an hour. The guys were very friendly and answered my many questions. Price was reasonable for synthetic oil.

Did lots of highway travelling with my truck and RV this summer, always cleaned up good in Total's huge, long bays with multi-wands to reach the whole unit. Will return next summer!
