Very clean place. It was my first time ever to a laundromat and I was surprised to see the ease of using the equipment. Don't worry if you forgot to bring change, there is a change machine. I would really appreciate it if the dryer could be used with coins other than quarters. I'm sure nobody's carrying like 20 quarters on em at all times.

i always use this laundromat, even if i have to drive across town. the owners are friendly. they have a change machine, laundry soap vending machine. public washroom ( only ok clean) there are a variety of sizes of machines. small loads to huge loads. lots of dryers and carts to move laundry around. room for folding and sorting. there is also a dry cleaner and they offer laundry washing services too. this place isnt perfect, some machines dont work. but they are quick to help out a refund lost coins if it happens (twice in 5 years) i go here because the owner is very friendly and i never have a problem. i can also run out and get errands done, its in a convenient area.

Do not put soaking wet items in the big dryers. The motors are not strong enough to spin that kind of weight.

put $4.50 in the washer machine before work , I come back and the lady work in this laundry ask me she pay more cash and I have the refund at she $4.50 because I push so a lot fast inside the cash . Anyway pay $ 9 for washer . I no come anymore in this laundry

Very very nice staff. Helped me out without being asked. Answered any questions I had. Greeted us as we came in and when we were leaving. I will definitely use them again. The only thing that threw me was the price. I found it a bit high but I haven't used a laundrymat in a few decades. Overall very good experience

In my experience, there is no such thing as a genuinely "nice" laundromat, but this one is decidedly above the average. It's kept pretty clean and in reasonably good repair. There's lots of machines, including oversized ones, and I've never had to wait for a machine to be free. It's a utilitarian place, of course -- not luxurious by any definition -- but, by the grim standards of laundromats, it's rather pleasant.

Absolutely friendly!!!! I’m not from town, and I really needed to do my laundry... the guy in charge was super helpful and very nice!!!! Just as the people there. Not giving all the stars just because it was very hot in there ... where the fan was working... not a problem... but I was sweating while folding my clothes... nothing important!

Decent place. Confusing for first time users. No ATM on the territory. Cash only. Bring quarters. There is a nice change machine for paper money, toonies and loonies. Some washing machines are broken, but not hard to identify. Price from $2.50 - $8 for wash. Dryer $0.25 per 4 minutes. Clean. Washroom available.

Half the machines are out of order. The rest have coin receivers that often dont accept the dollar coins the change machine spits out. Find out after your money is in the machines that you can't program hi heat on the dryer so your clothes have to go back in for another go around. Maintenance seems to be a foreign concept. Do not recommend.

I only went for the dryers. The cost is $0.25 per 2 minutes but it only took 24 min. to get our clothes dry = $3.00 per load which is very reasonable nowadays. The dryers are huge and could fit 2 loads but then of course it will cost a bit more to dry I'm sure. The whole place is clean and not busy for a weekend.

Large laundromat, some 40+ washers different sizes, 30+ dryers. Coin machine on premises, and attendant if help needed. Seems well maintained, clean and ample parking. Glad to find a good place to do laundry as not many around. Extended Hours are good starting @ 8am seven days a week.

I have tried more than one laundromat. But, this one his the best. Owners are amazing. Always friendly and smiling. The only thing that I was not surprise the price of dryers. But beside that I would give them a 10 stars ????. Thanks for the wonderful service.

Honestly, I've been a customer for a while now (3-4 years)... and this place is quite well. I like the service I get back - everything is cleaned properly and done on time. As for the laundry machines, I don't know much.. but the prices are machine operated, so its the company/brand that sets the price, not the owner. Overall though, the service is good.

The place is poorly maintained (several machines are out of order, no soap and paper to wash and dry your hands in the washroom, Christmas decorations still up at the end of May). It's quite dirty, the garbages are always filled to the max and the floor is a mess. There's usually no hot water for washing. There's a machine that was malfunctioning and destroyed several of my tops but the owner took no responsibility for it and went to hide in the back instead of talking to me when I was explaining the issue... I do not recommend this place at all.

It was my first time and the place was spotless. The owner was so kind and went out of his way to enter a few more quarters in the dryer for me when I was away running errands and he knew my load was still a little wet. He also stayed open a little later than usual to accommodate a few of us. Definitely going back!

Well I don't know how to begin but , .25 cents for 2 min on the dryers you must be on glue. Most places in Ottawa area are like .25 cents for 4-5 min . Thinking this may be my last time coming here

My family and I have been coming to one stop for a while. The owner is really friendly and always provides the best service, if you don't have cash no problem he has a atm machine. It does charge $1.00 to take out as much as you want absolutely no complaints about that. The place is always kept clean and the atmosphere is always pleasant! Definitely recommend this place to anyone! You never pay more then 6 dollars to wash and dry. And never have to wait on a machine to be free!
