They have tied pods for $1 if you forget, there is no atm on site but if you bring cash they can exchange for coins for free. 1$ coins and quarters are all you need. Their large washing machines suitable for single large duvet's at a time, 30min wash. Friendly and helpful owners on site during hours to help you get started.

The machine worked well but the customer service was awful. I was asking the lady for some assistance but she was too busy on her phone to help. She gave one word answers and went back to her phone. Disappointed since I heard good stuff about this place.

Needed to do some urgent heavy duty laundry and it was the easiest and most convenient place to go to. The person working the store was very helpful, and everything was done in an hour. Just make sure to bring cash.

Very quiet space and the staff is friendly. A wash cycle of of 30 minutes is expensive though (3 bucks!). It gets very hot in there and there’s no air conditioning, but I liked the fact there’s a desk to chill at while waiting.

I've been doing my laundry at Majestic for a few months now. Last weekend, I put on a load of white dress shirts. When the load was finished, I pulled out my shirts to find them horribly stained by black grease. I am not sure if it was a mechanical malfunction or grime left by the last user of the machine. In any case, I thought my shirts were ruined. When I showed the owner, he said he would fix it. I was not optimistic that the stains would come out, but he called me the next day, and sure enough, my shirts were stain free and dazzling white. He did this free of charge! The folks at Majestic care about their customers! He saved hundreds of dollars worth of white dress shirts, and I am very thankful!

Bright, clean establishment. The owners/operators are friendly, always there and will exchange cash for change for their machines. The machines work very well, and are maintained likewise. Highly recommend over other local laundry facilities.

As far as a laundromat goes, it's a pretty great place. Mixed bag of nuts when it comes to clientele, but the owners are friendly and very vigilant, walking about regularly. Prices are fair and all machines work really well. We managed to do 4 loads of laundry in 2 wash loads and 1 drier using their triple load machines and massive driers. They have seats and tables available if you want to read or do some work. Vending machines are available for food and drinks and if you forget your laundry detergent or drier sheets, they are available for purchase over the counter.

I use there Fluff and Fold service, I drop off my laundry and they wAsh, fold and bag up my laundry very quickly. Often they have it done in a couple hours. I usually give them 24 hours. If your in a rush, you have a ton of laundry then come to this place. I use this service for all my heavy work gear. I’m not sure how they do it they always seem to get the ground in stains out. As far as I know they have two (2) locations this one on Gladstone and there’s one on Wellington.

Love this place. Owners are proud of their business and it shows. Unlike other laundromats the machines are always working and someone is always around to help. They also make change. A big plus that there's a little cafe across the way to get coffee while you wait.

The people who run the laundromat provide quality service. They teach you how to do laundry faster. Gave me free water and bags to bring the laundry home in when I was completely strapped for cash and was panicked. Majestic laundromat is really great! I would wholeheartedly recommend them!

It's clean, unlike most laundromats. The machines work. It has staff, who are courteous and helpful. It might cost a little more than places that are horrible but it's worth it. If you can use the front-facing machines. They cost more but can do two loads at once and spin dry so fast that you save money in drying time.

I would give zero stars if I could. The cost is more than any place I know -I only went here because of tornado related power outage- and the service was HORRID! Being my first time there I misunderstood how the dryers worked and put twice the amount in expecting twice the time. Instead the machine ate my money and gave me half the dry time. Employee argued I was lying. Owners were called because aside from me another customer had a machine issue. Owners said that we could be lying and he didn't see us pay so refused to do anything. A regular customer there told us this happens ALL the time and the owners are ripping people off. The lot of us went home with wet clothing. NEVER GO HERE!

It's close so, convenient. They have a seating area with vending machines and some magazines. However, I do find the owners QUITE rude. Also, machines are down a lot and some can rip you off.

I'm foreign and it was really easy for me to do my laundry here. It opens early and it took me a bit more than 1 hour to get my clothes cleaned. The machines are easy to use and everithing is handy. It's also cheap, I spent 5.50 CAD in the whole process.

The prices are what you would expect, and the small dryers don't really do the job. Use the big dryers and you're laughing. The owners are always on site to make change and help with any machine issues.

Last call for a load to wash is 7:30pm. Love the orchids and other tropical plants inside. Unsure if there is WIFI but don't think so.

brought my winter coat there to have the zipper fixed and the lady told me "I dont feel like doing it. too long" so i said i cannot afford o buy a new winter coat. shes says "i dont want to fix it. too long" so i said "will it cost $160 to fix?" she said no. i said so can you do it? she said yes but i dont feel like it. lol. im going there to do laundry tomorrow (dec 2 2018) and ill use the machines, ill turn the damn spinner myself to wash, and when she says i have to pay. heres what ill say "I dont feel like it" hahah/. well sorry, i dont feel like accepting your kind, but I HAVE TOO.

I typically don't write reviews, visiting Canada from Colorado. The staff/owners are super friendly and started a conversation with us. The place is clean, the machines did their jobs and now our clothes are fresh and clean. But a great hidden gem (if you're a hockey fan) was the history of the location. Take a look at the pictures!

Love the place until I paid to have my laundry washed by employees. Apparently I had too much (three medium bags, there’s a minimum, never seen a maximum) I mentioned bed sheets and a thin fleece blanket, was threatened an up charge of $10 for a blanket thinner than a towel. Ruined two bras... Last time I pay for such service. I recommend the massive dryers when washing items yourself over the small ones, they can’t take much clothing otherwise it’ll be 2-3 rounds to dry thoroughly.

It says it’s open until 9 when it’s really open until 7:30 since it’s the last load time. Even if it’s for a 30mn quick wash, the last load must be in by 7:30..

Used to use their wash and fold service and it was terrible. The owner would always pretend to weigh it and make a very high price off the top of her head. Finally one time I asked for a set of sheets to be washed separately. I said I would pay extra for it. My laundry came back with my white shirts turned pink. After that I washed myself. I was constantly monitored, told my comforter needed to go in the triple load washer when the double load would have worked. Then the dryer. "It roll around you waste you money." How many dryers do I need to use at once for them to stop harassing me? Others have said the place is inexpensive and I cannot agree. These are the cheapest, most penny pinching owners you can possibly imagine.

It's hard to rate a laundromat. They're a dime a dozen and most of them look the same with massively outdated machines and decor. This one was perfectly fine, laundry smells ok coming out and the 3 load experience was over in an hour.

This is the best laundry mat hands down. The machines are clean actually the whole place and the signage is very clear. The owner was so patient with my questions, need of loonies and they have freezies too :) The atmosphere all around isn't tense and loud. 5 stars to the physical establishment and I can't say enough or give enough stars how great the owner is.
