Wow! They really know their trade and they clean your clothes to brand new quality. The customer service is also so professional and friendly. You leave knowing your clothes are in the best hands. Finally if you've experienced flood or major damage to clothes and need to do a LARGE load, they can take that on. It happened to me and they got me ALL my clothes back in just two days. Superb.

Doesn't actually offer one-hour dry cleaning...I had to pay an extra "rush" fee to have it ready within a few hours.

Ruined a beautiful dress and then refused to pay for the damage. Gave us run around for weeks avoiding us including saying he would send it away to be inspected which was never done. Staff (Brittany is extremely rude and arrogant, very reflective of the quality of service of this place) Take your money elsewhere, there are a million other places downtown that are honest and would be happy to appreciate their clientele.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They ruined all my clothes that I asked specificly to clean carefully. They did no want to refund me my money and even denied ruining them. For 3 pants and 3 short with a bomber jacket which were all ruined it was 89 dollars. Comete rip off. If you want your expe dive clothes ruined bring them here. GARBAGE never going back.

Fast, friendly and welcoming staff. Have been bringing my clothes here for over 6 years. I have never had an issue. Clothes have always been returned on time and at agreed upon price. Able to salvage items with stains that I thought were forever ruined. After moving out of the downtown core and into country - I still make the trip. Well worth it for the service.

EDIT: After my first review on the owners recommendation I brought the piece back and spoke to them. they apologized and took it back for a week and cleaned it properly. when I went to pick it up the stains were gone and it looked good as new. I'm giving it 4 stars now because the client service was great and they fixed the issue without any other costs. Are you kidding me? I brought a one piece suit in and when I got home to look, it was in WORSE CONDITION THAN BEFORE, black stains on the white part. I paid for it to be dirtied. so dishonest they didn't even say anything when I paid for it and left.

These folks don't have a good understanding of what customer service is. From the minute I walked in, the seamstress and dry cleaner were telling me what was best for my alteration and that it would look 'ugly' the way I asked for it. The seamstress even mentioned that if I came back for a re-alteration she would not re-do it. I know what I want for my item and do not appreciate being told in a very harsh and condescending tone what is best for me. I would have taken their advice into account if they worded it as a nice suggestion but instead they insisted on shoving their opinions down my throat. After 5 minutes of increasingly aggressive conversation, I walked out of the place before they could take any of my money. I would recommend Hillary Cleaners on Laurier street as an alternate.

Went to One Hour Cleaners yesterday for the first time. I was in a huge rush and needed my dress shirt washed and pressed. I showed up a little late for One Hour Service - but the owner helped me out and took my shirt immediately. I had it returned less than an hour later. Great customer service! After spilling wine on my wife's white blazer at lunch, I tried to find a dry cleaner open on the weekend that had a one hour service (she wanted to wear it that night for a Christmas party)...after trying several places, with no on-site cleaning, I came across One Hour Cleaner's at 222 Albert Street. I was apprehensive given some of the reviews, but thought to try it out for myself. What an incredible experience! Aref saved the day (and my tail)!! Everything was done within an hour and One Hour Cleaner's made the blazer look like we had just purchased it! You have my blind trust now and business for life! Merci!!

My experiences have always been pleasant with One Hour Cleaners on Albert Street (near Bank). They are honest, efficient and are so personable-remembering their regular clients, such as myself and a few of my coworkers. In my opinion they are competitive and are reasonably priced for quality service! I was skeptical to request that my daughter's dress be hemmed and dry cleaned one day before Christmas (2017) holidays after I was declined from both Brown's and Hilary Cleaners...One Hour Cleaners assured me they could do it and they did a splendid job! Her dress was presented to me in prestige condition, appeared brand new again and my daughter looked stunning for our Christmas celebration. We were both very happy.
