Nettoyage d'un manteau d'hiver: Sur ma facture, il est inscrit que ma commande sera prête le samedi après 15h. Je me présente au commerce le samedi à 15h04 et je me butte à une porte verrouillée. L'heure de fermeture est pourtant bien indiquée, 15h30. Comme le commerce est fermé les dimanches et les lundis, je ne pourrai pas récupérer mon manteau avant le mardi. Cela fera plus d'une semaine que je n'ai pas de veste adéquate pour l'hiver. Tout à fait innaceptable et très peu professionnel.
