This Browns Dry cleaner is under new owner who is on time in opening her business. The store opens at 7:00 AM and closes at 7:00 PM exactly according to the posted schedule. The new owner is very friendly and accommodating to what you need whether dry cleaning or alteration. Fast and accurate. Awesome!

The seamstress do a fast and fantastic job at alterations. I had my suit jacket altered there one month ago. I brought it in last minutes and I needed it by noon next day. The Lady was so friendly and helpful. he promised that she would not disappoint me. I got my jacket at 11:00 am next day with excellent job.

Showee this place is expensive. The lady is not super friendly and has her Netflix blaring. She is quick to take your money without explaining the prices to you and their turn around time is lacklustre. Avoid and support a cleaner not trying to rip you off.

Last week one of my favourite silk blend skirts got absolutely ruined on a trip to the cottage. First the entire bottom of my skirt got smothered in undercoating grease, then my puppy thought the skirt was a toy and ripped it. I was devastated! I took it to Browns as a last Hail Mary, as none of my cleaning attempts worked. Wouldn't you know, I got it back a few days later and there's no sign of any grease! The rip was stitched up by their seamstress too. I'm so happy to have my skirt back in my wardrobe! Thanks Browns!

Have used this Brown's location twice for dry cleaning. On each occasion I had a sports jacket that required special attention for stain removal. The jackets came back perfect! Also, they called to let me know that the jackets were ready for pick-up. Very much recommend them.

Great experience at Beacon Hill Shopping Centre. Dropped my extremely dirty work coat off on Monday. They called me Friday, saying my coat was ready. Very fast and responsive. Man working at front desk was very helpful and friendly. Thanks very much

I was a client of the Brown’s cleaners downtown location prior to it’s moving to Beacon Hill. Not only do they provide excellent services (alterations, dry cleaning, cellular), the owner and the seamstress have over the years become like family! Therefore it was not a difficult choice to follow them to this new location!

She told me my winter coat would be ready on Thursday. When I came around 5pm it was already but the they are suppose to close at 6pm according to their business hours. So mad since it’s -21degres today and I’m waiting for my winter coat for a week now

On-site alterations: Measurements are for chumps. Brought in several pairs f pants to have the in-seams hemmed up. Provided the measurement. Browns cut the legs too short by an inch or more. Hundreds of dollars in brand new pants ruined. Contacted Browns about it. They can't be bothered to respond.

This Brown’s recently changed ownership. The new owner and seamstress were formerly at a downtown location. They are both so wonderful that I now drive to this new location from downtown. Alterations are the best! Cell phone services are also excellent! Staff are professional and really care about their clients!

Brown’s Cleaners in Beacon Hill has a new owner! The owner was previously located at the Brown’s Cleaner on Slater Rd which was near my work and had always provided an amazing service. I was disappointed to learn the news that the slater location was closing but excited when I saw him at my local Brown’s! I recently took some curtains to their new location and received an amazingly fast service! My curtains had to be altered as they were too long - not only did they tailor them to the perfect size but they were also dry cleaned! I would highly recommend this location for anyone who is looking to get some dry cleaning, tailoring and even help with electronics! You can expect the best service. I will be coming back to this location and telling all my friends and family about it.
