Ils mon estiné sans arrêt qu'une robe avec cette coupe, que c'était impossible que les deux tissues était ensemble originalement . puisqu'ils "pouvais pas" recoudre la robe j'ai eux droit une robe ou on voyais toutes les couture NON FINI, car le tout était effilocher et ils mon répondu que je pouvais juste le coupé moi-même . puisque j'étais mécontente et du chialer ( énormément ), ils ont "réparé" la robe ( couture seulement). De plus, en pleine soiré du mariage, une des broches du buste a lâché ce qui donnais que je n'avais plus de soutient et que la broche me piquait en permanence.

Brought my nephew in on a Friday late afternoon to get his prom suit altered which he needed it back for Sunday afternoon. They were so kind and understanding, even though it was last minute. My nephew look so handsome and happy with the suit that now fit him like a glove. They have a great staff and service.

Lorsque je le mentionne à la commis, elle me confirme qu'elle aussi l'avait remarqué (mais n'avait pas l'intention de me le partager). La manager vient me voir pour "recentrer le bouton" mais elle fait simplement me répéter que ce n'est pas de leur faute. Elle me dit même que c'est la faute du nettoyeur. Le nettoyeur devant moi répond à la manager ben non c'est de la COLLE!. Elle m'a quand même fait payer pour UNE ROBE DE MARIÉE TACHÉE! (et surtout sans jamais s'excuser).
