I was very disappointed about the service! The management not having interest of course to change and have new machines because the town not need it! But very dirty place ...I was traveling around the world and I not found a dirty place like this one! Shame of he management!

Person in window, does not understand that atcan extreme measure, that the public toiletscare closed there. I have crohns-colitis and that is a serious health issue. Public faciliities should be made avail for all now and be properly maintained. In fact, premier doug ford has even made it over the course of covid 19, that all facililities that havecwashrooms, be made available to the public. This type of bevaviourvwon't be tolerated, and health andcsaftey/vuilding inspector would just love them, if I called them, regarding this manner. Ya' I'd be taking the sign off that door andcallowing patrons to use thecwashroom, orvelse...lol.

Clean, nice staff, decor is kind of pleasing. Decent laundry mat but it saved me when I was camping in Ivy. It rained and everything in my tent got soaked.

Fully half of the machines are out of service the dryers are so Cold your clothes don't dry . And now they intend to raise all the prices as of June first . They will no longer be getting my business

They are the most wonderful people that own it..they are so good to me..my laundry is perfect all the time..They do an amazing job..only place to take laundry in town..nothing anywhere compares..

If they fixed the machines that are not working it would be 100 times better. The man that was working was helpful and very pleasant. Cost wise was good.

Several machines out of order, signs stating that you can only use bigger machines for bedding. Washed 2 loads and both were no cleaner than when I started. Owners rarely come out of office. When drying it was crazy the amount of quarters needed to try to dry and still had to hang everything up at home to finish drying. Bell tower laundromat was no better. We need a decent laundromat in this town. It used to be a good place to go a few years back.
