The undercarriage wash doesn't do very well against mud. And they use a dirty brush to scrub. Better off going in the self serve. Overall great attendant and nice facility.

Tried to wash truck around 720. Google said open till 8. Shop said open till 8 had open sign on aswell. Ask the lady there if I could come in the manual side. She said they were closed. I don't recommend legacy truck wash. Left and went to clean car wash in taganova. Would definitely recommend them as the water was hot, good pressure and decently priced

Well, hard to rate this place. Don't know staff as I didn't see anyone... The bay was an absolute mud pit... They don't bother washing the bay in-between trucks or at least after a really bad one so you're walking around in sludge as your trying to clean. Pre-soak wasn't working ... Positive side is the water pressure is good and the hoses are nice and long so your not always getting caught.... But then again they're also dragging through the mud and splashing it back on you. If it's always like this.... Not worth the 2.00 / min Also... There's only one bay... So if you're unlucky like me are you not only behind 2 trucks but a mud ladden super b... Waited over an hour to get in and I was out in 20.... Go figure.

So I come here a few times now with great success these two guys gave great directions helped out pleasant to talk to knowledgable about her job now I come here and I get told my trucks probably too big this girl has no idea about judging trucks I asked her to maybe help this guy in front of us to give him directions she just sat in the secretary desk and said he has 10 minutes that was 30 minutes ago took over an hour to clean an F1 50 they should get the guys back this girl has no customer service skills I think she’s just lazy and didn’t want to clean the big truck try to convince us not even to get it wast here and when that f150 left The whole tailgate was totally dirties ever I would not of paid for thatI’ll come here one more time and if it’s the same service take myAccount somewhere else

Went through automatic truck wash using the under carriage wash. After the full cycle finished it wasn't even close to clean. Talked to the worker and he went and got the manager. The manager came and told me it will be clean after a second cycle. But before he ran a second cycle, they both scrubbed caked on mud that scratched some of the aluminum. They ran a second cycle and still wasn't close to being clean. To bad I have to give one star to leave a review. I will not go back.

Worst detail place ever. Got my vehicle detailed and it was worse after they cleaned. Sent them pictures and they agreed. And said they would redo it. Called in about a week later when I was off work and they said they had nothing on file. Save your self the trouble and go somewhere else

They must not clean until then end of the day the place is an absolute mess, grease all over the hoses and smells like something died in there has the potential to be a good wash but management could care less won’t be back and neither should anyone else

went in for a full detail, about 2 dozen spots were missed when cleaning..talk to management..took It back in..picked it up and still wasn't done properly..they said that it was a "very tough" vehicle to clean..i had to wash my own windows and bug guts were still all over the front bumper..seat belts were filthy..back of the driver and passenger seats and head rests were still dirty...also don't know if it was a coincidence or not..but after picking up the vehicle the first time the AC was not working..i got it recharged..dropped it off the second time for the touch up 4 days later...picked it up again the second time and the AC is not working again... ive never had issues with the AC and the 4 days I had it after it was recharged the AC worked perfect...you can tell the ppl working there didn't really have standards on how clean the vehicle came out..they could care less

Got my vehicle retailer here. And it was awesome. Sent them Pictures they agreed it was awful. Was worse after they detailed. I had to go back to work but was told to drip it on my days off for them to redo. Called in and the person on the phone said no one told him about it what a place.

I actually didn’t want to give this place any star but had to before I could write a review. My experience was not very good at all. No soap for entire wash, dark and very dirty. For future customers I’d suggest taking your own soap, your own lights and rubber boots of course. I spent way more than I normally do at my regular place where I actually come out with a clean truck. I know my Grandson both could and would do a better job with a garden hose while I sat on the deck drinking 60 dollars worth of whiskey. Never going back.
