Managed to get us an appointment fairly quickly. They did a great job cleaning the apartment and the carpets. They were kind and followed the list left by the landlord so it was all done to the building's standards. They also clearly have lots of experience in the industry.

Unfortunately, I sent out a RFP for my services. We negotiated and then she agreed and then became unresponsive. She started being hostile when I asked her for different pricing. She just didn't respond. It was very unprofessional and disrespectful. She even said " Tia. Im unsure if youre serous about cleaning. just sms when youre ready." Even when I did SMS I didn't receive a response 10 hours later.
