Before I started bringing my brand new 2019 BMW 3 series here. I heard a few different stories, a few good, and a few bad. So I figured I would read some reviews before going (if at all) With a few mixed reviews I decided to give it a try and if I wasn't happy. I simply wouldn't go again. I couldn't be happier with the results..the car looked better than brand new. I honestly couldnt believe it. The employees were very friendly, helpful and did an amazing job. As far as I know. It's all new employees as of just a short time ago and these guys are some of the best around. 5 STARS for me. Will continue to keep going there.

I brought my car in here last week to get washed. They did a great job! Hand washed, waxed, and detailed the inside too. It looks brand new!

This place advertised last year $40 for wash, wax plus interior clean. When I went to them, they hadn't had a clue to what I was talking about. Even showed them a picture of their own advertisement. Well they ended up doing it in two separate transactions and separate days. It was pathetic. Spend your money elsewhere like Delta Sonic. Also you should be checking the work of the kid who owned the white civic when he is done. He seemed not to know how to do anything but mess up a detail job.

I had a great experience here. 3 men worked their tails off. Great attention to detail. Hand washed the tractor, pre soaked the trailer and then used their automatic brush on the trailer. Turned out great, very happy with the results for the price!

Google a truck wash and got this one. Says open till 9pm.... I was just turned away at 6:50pm... Guess our fleet will go elsewhere

Well I've never been, but I've seen how they work, and how well cleaned the trucks are when they are done. Good job, and keep up the great work.

This place used to be great. Tanks and rims done by hand, always a great wash. Now it's terrible. The guys are lazy, never ha d washed always just done with a brush. I always have to touch up spots and wipe down rims after to get everything they missed. Very disappointed with how it's become.

Customers are always telling me they are satisfied with Mega Wash. I myself is satisfied with the employees what they are capable of doing when washing any vehicles. I have seen it with my own eyes. I rate this Mega Wash in Fort Erie a five star. Anyone who complains about this business are over exaggerating and are very picky. Maybe if you people didnt smoke so much or stain your carpets so bad.. Your vehicle would be very simple to clean. You have to remember the more you are a slob the harder it is to clean. And these employees have lots of customers to deal with. Not like they have to spend the whole day for eight hours cleaning your filth. Just be happy that your car is better than it was.

Was in line for truck wash when attendant came out and told me they wouldn’t have time to wash my truck because the had a pick up truck to detail! I guess my mistake? I thought it was a truck wash I won’t ever be back, thanks for nothing

Not very good truck wash..I basically think they only rinsed it off ... I couldn't see a clean spot on the truck.....It was my first time Never go back .

Don't go here. It was a waste of 50 bucks. My truck still has dirt on it everywhere. They did an ok job on the body but the frame and glass is still filthy. My truck is the white daycab in the pics....i love the owners response. He wants to know when I was there so he knows who to get rid of. Doesn't offer to make it right.great customer service.hurry up and put yourself out of business.

Brought our kenworth in for a wash and brought it home just to wash it my self. Missed a lot of spots, not worth the money in my opinion.

So im sitting here at the flying j and considering washing my truck as its very dirty. After reading the reviews I think I will look elsewhere. Thanks for posting honest options. As the owners of this truck wash next to the flying j id really consider making extreme improvements as im sure im not the only driver that had sat here and changed their minds. You are losing out on a lot of money in my option. Im sure elsewhere will be happy the except my money.

Was just there charge extra because truck was dirty what a joke but it's better talk to them because truck was still dirty and was told that they are not a detailer shop last time coming here off to a coin wash to finish cleaning what they didn't do Would give it a - but cant star stay clear of this place

Wait in line for 10 minutes while they rinsed a dump truck off just to be told they're closing. Could of told me 10 minutes earlier or wash my truck, what a way to run a business .

Save your money. Place is a joke. Gave them a couple chances.... My 5 year old can do a better job! On a good note they are never busy!

If you want a good detail job don't go here. High school kids don't try hard enough to do a good job. Had them vacuum, wash and wipe the interior as well as windows. Had them redo the vacuum job and still didn't get it right, we could barely see out the windshield because of the streaking and unwiped splashes of armorall were everywhere. Rocker panels were still dirty. Not worth $40. I guess I'm a fool for believing the hype.
