Very expensive, often dirty. On several occasions I've tried to use washers and dryers only to find out they are broken. I've even had some of my laundry stolen here while they were in the dryer. The people working here have always been kind and very helpful though. This place is ok if you have nowhere else to go.

I was hesitant because of the only other review on here, but I gave it a try. The facility was very clean, and staffed with extremely helpful, and friendly staff. They helped me choose the right size machine for my needs, showed me where I could find an outlet for my laptop, and ensured I was able to get an internet connection on their free wi-fi. Will definitely be returning.

Do Not Go Here! This Place is Horrible!!! My wife and I had our CHILDREN'S clothes stolen from here while they were in the dryer and this establishment did NOTHING! Made a police report, STILL NOTHING was done, so if you want people to have free will at your clothes if you turn your back for one second, wash your clothes here. Might as well drop them off at Goodwill. FURIOUS and am still contacting an attorney to sue!

There was a woman there that I was attending the laundry Lounge very crowded place and less than what I expected as far as cleanliness there was a short brown hair skinny girl that used to work there and she was on top of everything I was very sad to see I was shocked to see an unclean laundry place that's one of the reasons why I go there I'm hoping if I need to go back that is tidied up a lot because if it's like that again I will not be other than that exceptional friendly service

For the most part very clean. Some guest do not wear mask and even some employees. It is not enforced to put it on, but most customers tend to keep their distance. It's so hot by the dryer's so I understand as well. Normally bring disinfectant wipes anyways for my peace of mind

Love doing my laundry here, the machines work, the staff will help you if you ask them, very friendly people, they have an ATM, free coffee in the morning hours, vending machines, bathroom, sink, great neighborhood too.

There is no support at night. I got stuck with $8 in quarters because i asked how to break my bill for quarters and was pointed to a bill breaker which didn't work. I got a not my problem answer. I'll try Jay's again.

The square laundry bags they sell are great to use i have several. Even though they have signs up stating new dryers coming soon the whole lounge needs a make over along with new equipment. Those tall stools are the worst to sit on... everyone is not tall!

Has new dryers and some new washers. The floors aren't kept clean and there is a possibility you'll be putting your clothes in a washer full of pet hair. They aren't cleaned as frequently as I would like to see. There is wash and fold laundry service here.

Open 24/7 with a friendly, helpful service attendant there thru-out. This place has all the amenities including laundry detergent, fabric softener, bleach, cloths cleaning & folding service, a nice TV with chairs to watch it. They have a lot of tables & chairs, you can bring food & drink in while your waiting for your cloths... They have huge washers, water extractors (highly recommended) & huge dryers. A coin change machine, benches outside the place if the weather's nice. Great staff, very knowledgeable, helpful & hardworking. The best laundry mat I've ever been to. At a great, safe, well lit location.

I went to this laundromat a couple of times it's a nice laundromat but a washing machines and dryers are a little outdated and many were broken I feel they charge way too much to wash clothes also I feel they should have more seating area for people especially the elderly and also I feel their dish to their laundry detergent and fabric softener is a little bit High the plus side of this cleaners they do have a dry cleaning service so that's a plus you can wash and fold your clothes and also get your clothes dry clean at the same time

Long time customer of Laundry Lounge. Have visited for years, but particularly after Covid-19, their facility has declined. Machines are out of order constantly — they either place red tape over the machine, or have outright left them broken. Have encountered this most often on Saturdays, when the facility is busy since it’s on a main roadway, and the customer service is non-existent. They removed their cable/TV, so there is no longer any television in the building. That happened several months ago. They do have wifi, *if you have your own Spectrum service. The quality of wash has decreased. Please do not load your washer close to capacity, you’ll rarely get clean. Overall, you’re better off choosing a better location. They need dramatically better upkeep, caring workers, and management improvements before I could suggest them to anyone.

Don’t know how this place got 4 stars... I’ve been there twice as I didn’t feel like driving to Tonawanda to my usual place and 85% of the machines don’t work and have tape on them. It is dirty in there and always busy. I’ll make the drive to Tonawanda from now on. Staff was nice though.

I was looking around and the young lady that worked there was helping this elderly lady she was so kind so tender and help her with her laundry. I've been a customer or many years, and today I have decided both to go back. I'll find another laundry mat to go to. First the one wall of dryers don't work and haven't for many months, witch is very frustrating especially when it's busy. What sent me over the edge was the girl they have working the afternoon shift decided today was going to b the day she was going to have an extremely bad attitude towards everyone. She huffed and puffed about everything she was asked of like it's not her job to help out customers. I don't appreciate being talked to like I'm doing something wrong when she takes my cart, and then while I'm folding on the low table. This business has gone down the tube in recent years and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I also won't recommend this place to anyone either.

Posted a 4 star over a year ago. In Monday night 9/23. Horrendous customer service. Made the mistake of asking for a cup of coffee..sorry I have to fold this laundry, you'll have to wait. Machine was out of order that I normally use. Clearly stated "please ask for assistance" when I did was told "it's out of order." Really? Couldn't figure that out for myself? Guess I'll ignore the "PLEASE ASK FOR ASSISTANCE" in the future. Place is slowly going downhill. Too bad, used to be a fantastic spot..

I went here to get a zipper fixed on a jacket. They took my down payment and sent it to be replaced somewhere else. I called a few months later to ask about it and they informed me that it was back in. When I arrived I payed more than double the original estimate and was told by the clerk that the owner left a note stating that I was banned permanently from ever utilizing any of their services and offered no explanation and just said there was a note and to tell me when I arrived.

I would rate it a 3.5. I do my laundry frequently there and the attendents are very nice! They have average prices. I dont like their dryers very much, they always have a small to them and I have to load in dryer sheets so my clothes wont smell bad. Very musty and metallic smelling, like mold and rust. Not that clean there normally but not so dirty that I mind. They have a little space for children to hang out and watch tv. Convenient folding tables.

I went to pick up my dry cleaning and simply asked the lady what was actually done to the item of clothing because of the price. She became irate and told me that I was rude and that I cannot have my clothes and to come back tomorrow when her boss was there. She also told me that they have plenty of business so it doesn’t matter if I ever come back there. I don’t think ANY owner of an establishment would feel this way because customers are the reason that they are in business, but that’s what happens when you hire disgruntled employees that do not care about your business or customer service. I honestly believe she just didn’t know the answer to my question and would have rather her said that instead of being rude. People like this forget that it takes customers just for her to be employed in the first place.

Not kept clean inside and a lot of the dryers were not in working order for months. Caught one of the attendants playing video games I instead of using that time to clean the place.

I've been coming here for awhile, but I'm done. You load the machines and half of them don't work. When you tell an attendant she simply tells you to switch machines. It gets tiring changing out huge loads because their machines don't work. Most of the attendants are nice, but there is one who is just a miserable you know what, and she acts like it's your fault their machines take your money or don't work. The lint traps are never clean. The bathroom is disgusting. The washing machines all smell like mildew and mold. Some of the smaller front loaders have a green film, assuming it's mildew, around the glass. And how about a little air conditioning or more than one fan for the entire hot ass laundry mat? Sorry this place has declined, will try another laundry mat.

I've been coming to this laundromat for at least 16 years what I need to wash bigger items, and I've noticed within the past two or three years the place seems to have gone downhill machines are constantly broken with red tape on them but never to be fixed..... The place always seems to be somewhat dirty as if it could use a full weekend cleaning.....I wonder if the same guy owns it I believe his name was Mike very nice guy always smiling you would see him come in every day or so interact with the customers.... I'm wondering if he's sold off the business or if you just don't care anymore would love to know what has happened to this company

I went there 2 days ago and after I put my laundry in one of their machines when the time finish I found my stuff has something dirty it wasn’t showing in the machine before I put my laundry on it was small so bad that I had to throw some of my laundry in the garbage, if there’s a ZERO start I’ll gave you that instead of one. It was a nice laundromat. My only complaint is that I put $20 in the change machine, took my quarters and walked away. A few minutes later a man told me I had more quarters in the machine. It turns out, if you put in a $20, it does 2 separate drops of $10. There should be a sign there.

The blonde attendant helped me by removing clothing that had been sitting unattended. Someone came in after quite some time looking for the clothes she left and there was also a gentleman who's clothing was removed .The man took ALL of the clothes and said that all of the clothes were his and she said that she was coming back with her husband .He came in cursing and calling the attendant names and come to find out the gentleman had taken her clothes along with his after he denied that any other clothing was his .She was insulted and handled everything respectfully even after being called vicious names .She did her job to the best of her ability and she helped me greatly by making the machines available to me although people had left them for some time . she was great and I feel bad for her .
