There washers dont wash your clothes, Most machines take your money,and a couple of the dryers burn yourclothes ... This is a sad place of buisness ... Its gross in here

Place has not been cleaned in at least 6 months. Machines and floors are dirty, I did not dare to go in the bathroom. Trash all over the floor.

Trash overflowing, half the dryers don't heat up but can still take your money. Other half of the dryers just don't work. Some washers work, some don't. Bathroom always locked.

Over the course of me coming to this laundromat i've lost somewhere around 20$ bucks and i've been coming here for a few yrs now " Most" of their dryers dont work you put your money in and it eats it up theirs no contact info in here what so ever for somebody to reached, long story short you guys gotta get it together before nobody comes here at all the laundry lounge is not to far from here so if you wanna continue your business i suggest you call some "Professional$" . p.s. I would like my money back that i lost ????

Just close the doors already first time I go to a laundromat and not a single dryer works literally I had to put a quarter in every dryer none of them has heat ended up putting my shopping wet clothes in my car and going somewhere else

They usually have at least a couple machines that are out of order.If a machine ever takes your money you are out of luck.No one answers or returns any calls at the number provided in the location.They are a little more expensive than other laundromats .

Almost all Dryers out of order? Seriously? I have to fight and lose money with dryers to dry my stuff. Not recommended at all.

Dirty. The place is not at all taken care of. Restroom is locked and unavailable. INCREDIBLY EXPENSIVE. Equipment was terrible. We split our laundry up in 2 different dryers and both did a terrible job of drying clothes. That is, IF you want to call it drying! We finally left and went back to the campground and finished drying the laundry there. The dryer finished drying our clothes in 20 minutes vs. the hour plus we spent drying clothes here and they were still wet. We should have just stayed at the campground to do our laundry as we ended up paying twice the amount here plus then having to finish drying clothes at the campground. I wouldn't recommend this place. If I could give it a zero I would have as it deserves it in my opinion. Or maybe a negative 36! Told my wife I should have looked at the reviews online first. We'll be doing that in the future when we're on vacation camping with our family.

Worst laundromat ever! Dirty and never cleaned. None of the dryers work. No number to call to report money lost. Never has an attendant on duty. I will be reporting this place to the better business bureau. Don't go there unless u want to lose lots of money and spend all day trying to do laundry because the machines don't work.

Without a doubt the worst laundromat in Niagara Falls. There is no employee or number to call to refund you when the machines eat you money. The dryers are hit and miss one will take your money but no eat and others just wont turn on. Had a washer that didnt drain the water out so had to ring my clothes out by hand. Trash everywhere in the place. Its complete waste of time and money coming here.

Lots of broken machines, cannot use the bathroom and loss money cause machines not working weren't marked out of order but still took money. One of the machines seemed like it was gonna start had 34 minutes on the screen but never did and then all of a sudden it says out of order on the screen. Also the machine locked my clothes in so my bf forced it open. Soap dispenser took my money too but no soap came out. This place is horrible will not be coming back. Also the phone number listed on Google is out of service. DON'T GO HERE!!!

Not very clean. A lot of the washing machines were full of dirty soapy water in the soap dispensers and the machines were too dirty to use! Washers leak all over. Machines took money and didn't work. I will never come here again.

The place was filthy. Their is never a employee in the place, and I must have lost over $5 in the dryers because they wouldn't heat up or stopped working and there is no way to get Your money back. The bathroom has been locked so if You have to go You have to go to burger king or something and leave Your clothes unattended. Finally no vending machines. This was a few weeks ago so if the owners read this how do people get there money back there should always be someone on duty at least between the hours of 9-9 except for the 2 kids You see come in once in a great while to clean.

Terrible laundry-mat. Very dirty. Wasted 10 dollars. Dryer doesn’t work. Seemed like someone peed on the seat. Do not come. That place needs to be shutdown.

The washer cost $6. And it didn't do a very good job. The dryers are so full of lint that it's probably going to cost $3. To dry my clothes. I actually ended up going to another laundry mat to finish drying my clothes.

Washers worked fine but the driers are a whole different story. 2 identified as out of order and I found 3...yep three that did not heat. Spent way more then I should have needed to for drying clothes!! The place is not very clean and the bathroom is locked. If I could give it a zero I would.
