Pros: Always clean, a well mapped out design for a laundromat. There is a an option for drop off laundry service which I have not used myself but I've heard great reviews from others. Bathrooms are always clean and the machines are new. There is a mini cafe where you can purchase coffee, tea and snacks and there is a room with a tv, computer and couches, as well as a area in the center of the laundromat for small children. Two entrances, one in the front on Main Street and one in the rear with parking, both entrances are handicap accessible. Cons: It takes a long time for the dryers to dry clothes.

I took a friend there to do laundry and I was surprised at their service and comfort. I have a washer and dryer at home, however if I need to do multiple loads at the same I will take advantage of their service and comfort ????????

Im only given this two stars because the attendant that works at laundry mat was excellent with help and customer service...i give her a 5 star. The laundry mat it self gets 0 stars. Washers don't have good water pressure so u had ti wash all my loads twice...after being charged a ridiculous charge of $10 a washer... Very time consuming and aggravating to try to be in and out of this place while trying to wash

The venue is nice and the washers big, but it didn’t seem like my clothes were washed to my satisfaction and the machines were not producing enough water.

I have never enjoyed doing laundry at a laundromat. However I swear I actually enjoyed it here. So clean, nice staff, you can buy food and snacks, the AC was pumping, good machines, easy accessible location.

I think it is a nice place to wash. There are working TV's (except for the one in the kid area) there is a lounging area and there is a Cafe. Little pricey but it was worth it.

By far the best laundromat experience I've had in Buffalo. Employees where all nice. Awesomr to have Cafe attached to the laundromat where I can get affordable drink choices and great air conditioned room with furnitures to do some reading or just relax while you wait for the laundry to be done. This place has a rear parking lot with wheelchair accessible ramp which is a plus. As with any laundromat I recommend going here during its off-peak hours. I'm sure to come back!

My biggest issue is website does not represent business. This place has great potential, but Im very displeased with how many lies are on the website. It's filthy here, and way beyond what is normal for a laundromat. The cafe is understocked and no one is there to run it. The lounge is filthy, and there is not near enough seating. Atm is always broken and machines do not take quarters. Despite calling themselves coin operated on the website, you have to use their card system so if you come with coins, you can't do laundry. This is not a first class laundromat as advertised. It is a bare bones, neglected, do as little as possible establishment. That locks it's doors an hour before posted closing time.

There is no dry cleaning service. It’s the whole reason I came by. The attendant informed me it was discontinued over A YEAR AGO! It’s been time to take the dry cleaning services information off the website!

Prices went up, the problem is the price doesn't reflect the machines... there all terrible, washers and dryers. The prices actually should have went down! I've been goin here for years but I won't anymore. Very disappointed

I have been here 5x and each time was annoying. First they lock their doors hour to hour and half before closing time. The dryers don't always dry or you spend a very long time waiting for your clothes to dry. The place is not clean and your clothes do not get cleaned very well in their washers. The staff is nice, but the facility it self is the issue. I rather now go further out to another laundromat then to come here and spend money and not get the basic results you would expect from a laundromat. This place gets a C- in my opinion.
