I WAS a loyal customer but lately too may machines are out of service. To my surprise, they allowed a customer to have dog on the premises, yes, in the laundry room where customers are CLEANING clothes. The dog had very long hair and was out in the open, on the floor. How inconsiderate! I will be seeking out a laundry that will use common sense when it comes to cleanliness.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE ! Arrived at 9:15.. The machine was giving me problems but I had to hunt down the attendant who was outside smoking.. she left about 9:30.. Meanwhile the machine held my clothes hostage for 40 minutes. I called the number and got a voicemail... I literally had to get a patron to help pry the doors open to no avail...I had to crawl to the back and unplug the machine to rescue my soaked clothes, and wash them in another machine. What should have been finished at 10 lasted well past midnight. NEVER AGAIN

Good affordable prices, the attendants are nice and helpful as well. I walk away with throughly cleaned clothes every time. They also have a bathroom and free Wi-Fi.

With my washer down and waiting on the new one to arrive I had to choice but to got to a public laundry place. It was very clean, including the restroom. I was just grossed out that after I washed my clothes, I found hairs on them that definitely didn't belong to me. Maybe that's normal but not for me. Gross.

It's often busy even late at night. Lots of kiddos running around etc. Plenty of broken washers/dryers in the past. They did some renos to make it a bit nicer last year so maybe they have upped their game a bit.

This is a very clean laundromat. When my washer broke I was told to go here and I'm glad I did. I'm a night owl and 24 laundry is a must for me. The place is well lit, clean and safe.

I was there this evening and it was a complete pigsty and it took my clothes twice as long to dry. The office door was open so I know someone was on duty. Carts were everywhere, the tables were dirty, dryer sheets all over the floor. That can easily cause someone to fall. I used to love this place and I sure hope they didn't go downhill.

Owner is currently not enforcing mask policies. I watched the owner/manager himself wear a mask but kept it below his nose as if it counted that it was on his head. This was after having to take an extra hour there because one of his machines ran a cycle but didn't actually release water to my clothes. I watched him take the "do not use" sign off the broken machine and when I told him how it was broken he mumbled something about the door and card reader and walked away to let some other person have to deal with the same thing I did. I've gone to this location for a few years on and off and continued to go because the wifi isn't bad, the place is generally clean, and the staff has always been polite and helpful. I've let many small things slide over the years like machines eating money, machines running without actually washing/drying, even watching another customer urinate right outside the back door because she couldn't wait for the bathroom. Seeing how poorly they have responded to keeping their customers safe during this time and the blatant disregard of the new health policies I won't be going back.

I was excited to see there was a laundromat closer to my new place. Super clean, machines run well, definitely a good price compared to what I have paid in other places... as a bonus, EVERYONE was social distancing and wearing a mask. Will definitely make this my go to place.

It seemed like only some of the washers took cards? I'll try to update this review if I go again and explore more. I was able to find two available front-load washers (which I miss from my old house now that I'm in an apartment building) so I was there for less than an hour and I took my damp clothes home in the car since one load was delicates that I hang on a rack and for the other load of shirts, I'm OK with paying $1.50 to use the dryer at my apt building when the load is big enough :)

First time here, moved to Kenmore so I needed a laundromat closer to me.. prices are reasonable, accepts cards, but yet, 1)people leave the clothes and don’t come back to take it out the washer; 2) only 3 machines for big/med loads; 3) nobody checks if the clothes were done (staff) I rather jump on the thruway and go to the one on Potter Ave. (Potter Ave coin laundry) even tho is like 15 min away, but the staff are friendly and place is super clean.

Best costumer service ever. Our clothes got trapped in the washing machine overnight, as their washers often breakdown. However, I called the next day and our clothes were re washed, dried, FOLDED, and they completely refunded our money.

It is nice and clean and has different options as per load style and capacity amount for your loads. Also has a little nook for children with a TV and many seating locations throughout. Extra plus does have a machine that converts $20 bills into $10s but that is the lowest in bills you can get. But to make up for that most of the machines take credit cards so super plus.

This used to be my go to laundry before they drastically reduced cycle times on the top load washing machines from about 30 minutes to just 20 minutes. Clothes will just not get clean with that short of a cycle.

Clean, variety of medium to extra large washers and dryers. The only negatives are that some of the washers smelled like mildew and the bathroom has no hot water. The washer didn't rinse all of the detergent from my rug and the attendant was super nice and ran a complimentary cycle for me eventhough it was likely my fault because I put too much detergent in. I would come back here again, the washer did a great job on my rug and sleeping bags.

I have been going here for over 5 years and the amount of improvements recently to this place is significant! It is so convenient to use your credit card at the machines. They always offer free coffee for customers and comfortable seating while you wait. They offer washing machines of all sizes! There is a little arcade and kids playroom as well. My husband and I noticed the cup dispenser by the quarter machine last time we went, something we found to be thoughtful. This is a very clean facility and we will continue to be customers!

Prices here are much cheaper than other nearby laundromats but the other day the washing machine starting eating quarters and the attendant was not interested in helping at all. After I flagged her down she proceeded to argue about whether or not the machine ate money or not, she then walked away stating she was going to get the quarter but then my mother and I found her doing something completely different. The quarter wasn't the issue, I could've cared less about .25 cents but I did expect the woman to be concerned about the machine, I also didn't expect her to be folding laundry instead of helping us.. I would have expected my issue (though small) to have been handled before she moved on to her next task. When confronted she claimed she was going to go get the quarter, mind you this was after waiting about 10 mins for her to return.. I would've expected her to just apologize and say she got sidetracked instead of making excuses..

The place is filthy, washers smelled like mildew. thank goodness the had a row of new machines that werent caked of years of old detergent. When I told the attendant of the foul smelling washers she shrugged her shoulders.

There is a homeless man that will harass you outside for change and he does it every time I'm there. The guy who cleans the place keeps it pristine and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Best place around, they also have a reward card you can put laundry money on.

This laundry mat was a true gem. Peaceful, ample washers, convenient detergent dispensers, even some commentary coffee was available. It was the best time I've had doing laundry In a while.

Washing is $2.75 for a normal washer load and they offer $5 and $10 loads that hold 60 and 90 lbs of clothing drying is 5 minute increments costing $0.25 a pop and took about 15 minutes to dry a normal laundry load

My preference of choice when it comes to laundry mats. It is reasonable and you can use credit cards on the washers. They got 3 new giant electrolux dryers that take half the time it used to in order to dry a giant king sized comforter I have.

Always clean, coffee is usually available but if not the vending machines are stocked. Forgot your soap or dryer sheets? They got it under a buck, preportioned. My dryer stopped working (no heat) and I was immediately refunded. Staff is great, always nice.

By far the cleanest Laundromat in WNY 24 hrs new efficient appliances and most of all the maintenance guy Ron keeps the place spotless and safe. I can go here at night wash my 2wks worth of clothes go across to mighty taco for a snack and return to fold with not a care in the world

Went at noon which google said was one of the busier hours but was still able to find a a washer and dryer. Machines are coin/card operated. You can choose to put money into one of their washer cards if you don't want to carry coins. 2 load machines were 2.75 a wash 25 cent extra for an extra rinse. Dryers are 25 cents for 8 mins only needed 75 cents for my full load which included clothes and two bath towels. Reasonably priced. Clean laundromat. Does have free wifi but seating space is limited so don't plan on doing work unless you come on off hours. They also have wash and fold service if you need.
