This is one of the cleanest laundry mats anywhere and very helpful and polite employees and and if you want get them to wash your clothes for you they'll do it and they do an excellent job on them so if you need to do your laundry this is the best place in Niagara to do it or get it done

Place is clean, machines are working and did the job quickly. The laundry basket system is really helpful as I didn't have my own laundry basket. Prices were good. The woman working there was super helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this place.

It is a good coin laundry with small, medium or large load machines. It opens very early which is nice and there are coins dispensers if you need coins for your laundry. Staff is always their to help you if you need. If you have no time then you can pay the staff to do it for you.

I have had to use several laundry facilities and this one by far is the best one. Other I have used are sketchy, dirty and unwelcoming. Casino Laundry is very clean, the facility has so many washing machines and dryers all for different sizes and the staff are very friendly!

Always happy friendly chatty staff....Lots of washers and dryers in a huge variety of sizes....Easy to use machines and the instructions are clearly posted on the wall in multiple spots if anyone needs them...Machines are always clean and ready to use...4 or 5 folding counters so you can fold your laundry if need be...Wash, dry, fold services available....Dry cleaner service available...change machine and a soap, bleach, softener, laundry bag machine available.....Customer washroom also available....

I love this place. Its my local laundromat and it's perfect. They have massive 62 lb washers that work amazing. I can do multiple loads in one shot. The dryers actually dry the clothes and don't overheat. The staff are absolutely lovely- especially Sharlene. I bring my children with me and the place is very clean, with a washroom if needed. I really do love it here! The prices are great too ???? its also located in a convenient plaza, you can grab coffee and relax while you wait.

The facility is very clean with very good equipment. The vending machine was very well stocked with a great assortment of laundry products. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I frequented this laundry mat twice while vacationing the area. I would highly recommend this business.

I'm a traveler from Niagara Falls in Korea. I came to Google Maps to do the laundry. I don't know what to do. The owner of the self-washing room told me all the details. I was touched a little. It was so kind and nice. And I was waiting for the laundry, and I happened to see a pretty sky. It's a good memory for me.

This place is not too bad, but as of late, their up keep is not good at all ! Their air conditioning hasn't been working for a while, and the place always looks dirty, especially their washroom and in my opinion it's not worth the effort in going to this place. I highly do not recommend going to, Casino coin laundry at this time, at least up until they clean up their act !

While on vacation in Niagara Falls, ON., I needed to wash some clothes. I found the Casino Coin Laundry on the internet and saw they had the wash and fold option. I dropped my clothes off this morning and they were washed, folded and placed in a plastic bag for my return this afternoon. Great job with very reasonable prices. They allowed me to enjoy my vacation without worrying about washing clothes. Robert G.
