Fantastic and helpful staff. Affordable and clean. Friendly atmosphere. Staff is honest-I have had twenty dollar bills returned to me that were in my pants pockets when I had them cleaned. My friends have had the same. If I left Buffalo,. I would miss this place

This laundromat has multiple size washers, 3 levels, which is great, since each time I went, I had different amounts to wash. It seemed clean, comparable to other places. All the machines I used were well maintained. I called before coming about my dog, who is a people lover, and was told that if she didn't disturb anyone, she could be with me. So it was a pleasant experience for both of us and luckily the other customers.

I was washing my clothes in the washers and I went to go wash my blanket. And the washer ate my quarters so I went to the other two and they did the same thing. The EMPLOYER walked in and I had my grandchildren tell her the problem. She Huffed and puffed then said "Ugh just put 1.75 in and it will work. It was working just FINE." Then I was really shocked by the adittude she gave me my grandchildren. She slammed the quarters on the folding table and said " That's all your getting." But I didn't like how she said it was working and she rolled her eyes. I hope nobody has the same experienceas I did.

The place is small, but nowhere close to overcrowded. Machines, baskets, and folding tables were all clean. I'll definitely be going back.

There's tons of cobwebs upfront where the seats are. Nobody ever cleans them.

Brought in a bunch of laundry I had been ignoring for AGES and that really needed a good wash. The staff (which are really friendly and nice) got them looking and smelling clean and amazing and folded them very neatly... they got my several barbeque sauce stains out of my comforter. About the only thing that didn't look absolutely perfect were my white tees, but that was because I didn't think to have them washed separately or bleached when told you need to request things like that, so that's on me. But the rest of the laundry was very high quality. Very reasonably priced too... 79 cents per pound with a minimum of ten pounds (with comforters costing more), or 99 cents per pound if you want them to include a pickup service. They also have various spot treatments you can request used if you're willing to pay a little extra. The laundromat itself is small but very clean and the machines look very well taken care of. Will definitely be using their services again.

I like this laundry spot as its so close to where I live but I have dropped my laundry off several times and no matter how many times I ask them to wash cold dry cold they shrink my clothes. Good for generic stuff but not great for anything that can shrink or ruin easily

They have an ATM but what's the point. They wouldn't break my 20 twice because I only wanted 5 worth of quarters. I would assume they would want my business but it doesnt seem like it.
