You have certain expectations when you stay in a brand new hotel. Poor service, broken elevators, missing toiletries from your room aren't some of them. The girl who checked us in couldn't possibly have cared less about what she was doing. Then, when I check my credit card days later, theres an extra charge levied against us for unknown reasons. I call up the hotel and try the manager to ask why, and I'm hung up on after being put on hold. We wont be back.

Women staying here alone read my review. My mother was staying at this hotel alone for a few days and one night she was awoken by someone opening her room door at 12:30am. Thank goodness she had the top latch on because someone by-passed the key reader and dead-bolt. She was extremely shook by this incident and called reception. The reception must of not taken the incident seriously because security didn't even come by her room to check on her. The next day she went to the front desk and asked the receptionist why her door was opened and he responded that the building shifted and that caused the door to open. His reasoning is complete B.S. because she used the doors dead-bolt and a "building shift" wouldn't undo it. I'm not going to accuse anybody but to my knowledge the only people that can undo a dead-bolt are the hotels employees like the manager and housekeeping. The moral to this review is that women who are staying at this hotel alone be extremely cautious and use an additional device that secures the door along with the doors existing security devices.
