First time Harco customer, overall a great experience. We had Karl and James deliver our dryer - they were so so, ABSOLUTELY incredible! They were abnormally patient in helping us figure out pricing for the machines properly. Listened to us. Geniunely wanted to help. Embodiment of what customer service should be. Went above and beyond too, walked us through what we might need to know for other renovations we were doing in the house. Clearly knowledgeable. You can just tell they are stand up guys :) Harco - you are lucky to have them (and Bryan in sales). Karl and James - I hope this message find you!

It is one of the worst laundry services in ottawa. My apartment has tie up with this service and it sucks. Laundry means frustration. Had spend money twice every time I do laundry. For God sake I'f you can't make your customers happy stay out of business and let us have a peaceful laundry sessions.

Have been dealing with Harco for over 30 years for equipment, service and parts and have NEVER had an issue. Senior management is always responsive to our purchase needs. Service is candid and trustworthy. Parts staff are always helpful and go the extra mile to research what you need even when you dont have a proper serial number for your equipment. The bad reviews are obviously from people who are NOT SUCCESSFUL business operators and expect "something for nothing". It's expensive to be cheap.

We bought a new commercial front load washer for our building and it arrived literally the next day, they took the old one and made sure the new one properly installed and working. Be prepared!!!! The warranty is terrible !!!Parts are under warranty for 5 years however you will be slapped with a delivery charge along with an hourly charge for repair...

Disappointed!!! Technician came in didn't fix anything. Called back for the same problem company demanded another $200 for service call. So took $200 and didn't fix the problem then why do expect another $200 for next call. Scammers!!!!

Excellent customer service from the part's department. I recently required a flame sensor for my commercial dryer but did not have the model # or part #. Colin in the parts department went above and beyond knowing that I did not have the required info but still took the added time to research the part and locate it. This part was essential to my business and I could not be more appreciative of the time Colin and Gary took to aid me. They even forwarded me a pdf file of my machine with a complete breakdown of all parts for future. Thank you!!

Booked a service call, guy came in and mostly fixed all the machines. Waited a month to get a quote on a few machines to be fixed, and when I asked about the machines that weren't fixed prior (dryer button and washer door), they simply said to make another service call because they already closed out that call. I love to pay twice to get one fix.

Booked an service called for today which no one showed up. This isnt the first time. They will charge you for repairs no matter what even if the machine is not fixed. Technicians they send are probably the most incompetent people I know. They waste your time and money. When you first buy the machines, they are fast at taking you money and even faster at taking your money for "repairs" which is technician replacing every single part in the machine till it works. I been charged around $600 to fix this one washer that was having a problem (technician wasted over 6 hours over 3 service call). And in the end the washer wasnt fixed. so they called in an actual professional that fixed the machine within 30 min. However I still got charged for all the time the first technician wasted. FYI this is one of the many cases I had to go through with this company. If your looking to buy a new machine, stay away. Unless you have no problem wasting hundreds of dollars and your time to fix the machine when problem arises.
