Always enjoy my stay at the Courtyard Marriott. The staff are very welcoming and are always asking if you require any help or assistance. Is never a problem to help. Rooms and lobby are always clean and tidy.

We were greeted by the lovely Teri, who quickly checked us in and made us feel right at home. Our suite was very beautiful and spacious! The price was so affordable, would definitely recommend!

Even if the weather isn't great, St. Johns is a lovely place. The courtyard Marriott is a great hotel to enjoy St. Johns from. Friendly staff, good view of the harbour and a nice bar combine to make this a home away from home.

Overall - a 3*** hotel. Staff are quite friendly and helpful. I was located on the 3rd floor on the water side of the building. It is extremely noisy ALL night long with the constant “beep beep” of forklifts loading ships. Hence if you’re a light sleeper - request the city side OR ear plugs.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. My only slight gripe is that it's a little noisy as it's facing out onto the main road and the windows don't seem to be particularly well insulated. However the breakfast is solid and the views over the harbour is magnificent on a nice day.

The hotel is a wonderful location for touring St John's, and a great base location for exploring the Avalon Peninsula. Very safe with free parking and an elevator.

The room was clean and the harbor view was amazing despite the rain. The shower was spacious and beds were quite comfortable. Check-in and checkout were painless and the staff were a pleasure to deal with after a long day of traveling.

Spent 2 nights at this hotel. Staff were very good from the moment I walked in. Front desk (Alison) was very nice and made good recommendations. Dinner in the "Fish Bowl" was good, food was hot and fresh. The server (Colleen) was attentive and fun to talk to. Kymm (Manager) ensured my stay was well taken care of. Will be back!

I found the hotel staff to be extremely professional and very helpful. The location is very convenient to downtown Saint Johns and free parking is always a bonus. The hotel was clean and quiet.

Only stopped into the bar. It was an ok hotel bar. Negative: the mix in our drinks was flat, positive: we didn't mention it until they were gone and the bartender didn't charge us for them. Nice room. Great view of the Sea base. (Working harbour)

Great Hotel in the Heart of downtown (east end) with a great view of St John’s harbour and close to historical landmarks such as Signal Hill. Great Staff who go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for individuals visiting St. John’s for business or leisure.

I very much liked this hotel! The receptionists in particular were very friendly and helpful. The location is great, and they serve food throughout the day, so there’s no need to go out if the weather is bad. The location is great, and a big plus for me was the coin-op laundry facilities on site.

I stayed here for one night after flying into St. John's on October 26, 2019. The front desk woman named Tiffany was AMAZING, accommodating, very friendly/personable and was a pleasure to speak to. Overall my experience at this hotel was a great one and I will definitely be back!!! I was accommodated with a view of the harbor that was spectacular.

I had a harbor side room that was beautiful and had a wonderful view. Although it was very close to the harbor it was very quiet so I slept very well. The staff was friendly and eager to help as well.

Attended the hotel as part of a conference visit in St. John's. Staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout the visit. 6 storey hotel. Entrance off of Duckworth is on the fourth level and off Water Street at the first level. Has fitness centre and conference rooms if required. Small store for snacks also available.
