Excellent Hotel ! Modern, Bright, Large windows, comfortable beds & linens, mini fridge and microwave in room, extra pillows, full sized pool and slide, delicious hot complimentary breakfast sandwiches, helpful front desk, restaurant & lounge open. WiFi at times was a bit challenging.

We didnt stay at the hotel, but did come for breakfast after our flight was cancelled. The staff was amazing, sent the shuttle to get us, the breakfast was really good and they were ok with us staying a little longer to wait out for our new flight. Thank you!!

The free breakfast is good, service is good, room size is big. No views for rooms.

We stayed here for our staycation..overall great experience. Newer clean hotel. Covid measures followed. Service was fine at reception and in the bar. Breakfast was good and given as take out but was hot. Stayed in most hotels in st. Johns this one was the best by far! Great rates! We will return.. .

Love it room was amazing but they do need better menu options

Friendly staff and comfortable hotel. Complimentary breakfast was better than average, except the coffee which was very much not coffee. Would recommend staying here. Only other complaint I would have, is the water pressure in the shower was super weak (first world problems).

We had to move rooms because we couldn't get the internet, the towels had lipstick stains and the water pressure was really bad

We love this place. Our great experience started with Jesse at the front desk and it continued to get better. Our room was clean, spacious, and one of the nicest that we've had in a while. Jesse had a good sense of humor and made the check-in experience pleasant. The hotel restaurant was a good place to get good food and a beer. The pool was nice with its slide. The hotel made it easy for us to stay with our cats--thanks! Finally, the parking was great as the spaces are wide and they give us plenty of room to park our vehicle. All the service personnel seemed tuned into creating a good experience for the guest. Thank you for a great stay and keep up the great work!!! :)

This is one of the best Best Westerns I have ever stayed at. I opened a year ago. The rooms a well sized and very clean and modern. They have a restaurant unlike the Holiday Inn you can get a good lunch and dinner here at reasonable prices. The decor of the lobby is nice clean and modern. The breakfast is better the the Holiday Inn next door. It included both hot and cold items as well as fresh fruits. The exercise center and pool area are very nice. I will most definitely stay here again.
