Absolutely terrible service! Avoid at all costs!
After having the following experience, I did some research and turns out this isn't an isolated incident:
I dropped off a suit to be dry cleaned a few months ago, I picked it up, business as usual. I end up using it a few days later, I have a few suits, I wear them to work, anyway, I'm getting ready and I noticed the pants are much shorter than usual. My brother bought me this very nice, expensive suit for his wedding over 5 years ago. I've never had it dry cleaned and having the pants shrink. I bring them back to the owner who works here, I've known him since he opened the place. He says I'll stretch them out for you. I go on vacation, a few weeks go by, I come back to pick up my pants, he can't find the pants. So for the last 5 weeks, I've been going back to his shop every Saturday (I work downtown and can't make it in time for when he closes), every week, he tells me he'll look, and then finally, all of them admitted the pants are gone, but they are going to replace the pants, I come back again, they tell me they can't find the same color for the pants, but they can offer me store credit! So when I go out to buy a new suit, I can bring it back to them and they will dry clean it, this was nonsense. It's not even about the money at this point, it's the principle of the matter. The suit has sentimental value. Anyhow, these people made light of the situation and kept telling me it's not a big deal. I wonder how many other people they have done this to. Every single week "come back next week, it's very busy today.". I don't know why they didn't just label the pants.
Avoid coming here if you have valuable items. The staff is deceptive and it's obvious they only care about the money.
