This place amazing. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you out. I went today to get my jackets washed and the one of the staff members recommended something to use for jackets in order to save their quality. Definitely, bring more clothes here.

I was staying at an Airbnb without a washer dryer so I needed a place to do laundry. Not knowing much about the area I relied on Google reviews to decide where to go. I was not disappointed! I've been to quite a few laundromats over the years and this one ranks as one of the best I've tried. It is clean and well maintained. The prices are great as well! (Maybe even cheaper than apartment building machines). I was impressed by how quickly my clothes were dry and how strong the wash cycle is. Also the owner is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this laundromat to anyone :)

Here in Toronto for a few months for work. Staying at a hotel nearby the airport so had to look up for a laundry spot. Came across West Coin which is only a few minutes drive from my hotel. Great staff and prompt service. Gets the job done and on point. Drop your laundry off and pick up at your desired time. Hassle-free. Recommended.

Great service here and friendly staff. The place is clean and I've never had to wait for a machine. The worst thing about doing laundry is waiting around to transfer your load from the machine to the dryer. They offer services to do this for you, which allows you to leave the premises to do other things with your time.

Great place to do your laundry when you are staying at one of the airport hotels and they charge you $2.50 for a single T-shirt. I pay $6.50 for a full load!! This laundry is the closest to the airport, it's clean and affordable.

I dropped off my suitcase full of laundry to get cleaned. The owner asked if I had any special instructions for any of the clothes, which was great in case any items should be cleaned a certain way. Then the same day he dropped my clothes off at my hotel. Everything was clean and folded. Customer service is fantastic - this is definitely my go-to place for laundry when I'm in town for work. Thanks again for the quick turnaround time and awesome service!

Great place to go if you need big washers and dryers. My building laundry facilities don't have enough space for queen size comforters. This place is great! It has at least 4 HUGE washers to get my comforters clean! I can fit 2 Queen size comforters in 1 machine! #LOVEIT Great location, although it is kind of hidden and hard to find. This laundromat is also very clean and sterile! It looks very well maintained!

I had to wash a bunch of duvets and comforters today and I live just down the road so thought I would give this place a try. The place is busy but not overly overwhelming (I went around 2 and stayed a hour and an halfish...left at 3:40) for a Saturday afternoon which was great. The gentleman looking after the store was really friendly and helpful. He was informative and was ready to help if I needed help without being pushy. The other customers were also nice and friendly and not rude.Service was great, machines did the job. Will be back again for sure.

Hello Everyone. I am Ukrainian, Canadian so you know we always look for the best ! I travel back and forth from Florida so this is very convenient as my washer at home is broken. I believe it is safe to say I have found the best coin wash in Toronto. Very good service from the owner and workers. The owner is very kind and will help you if you need help as the workers. GREAT PLACE. The Machines are exceptionally clean always. I do recommendthis coin laundry to anyone who likes clean machines, good prices and excellent service Owner and Staff. On a long wait for a connecting flight I left the airport to do some laundry. Number 52 bus along Dixon to Kipling gets you to West Coin Laundry. Dave and his staff are most welcoming and I will certainly return again when the need arises.

The customer service here was great! They also offer pick up and delivery services. So for $25 + tax, I had my laundry picked up, washed, and delivered back to my hotel. It was quick and efficient (2 hours start to finish). I highly recommend their services to anyone stuck at hotels where they only offer super expensive laundry services.

As a long haul truck driver I see alot of laundromats in my travels. Before stopping here I went to a couple others in town and decided I'd look further. I have to say when I waked into this one I felt very welcome. Very friendly staff and extremely clean facilities. It is definitely one of the nicest experiences i've had with laundromats!

Today was the first time i ever set foot in west coin laundry, and its safe to say the atmosphere is really great, not only is the owner very nice and welcoming, so are the customers. the establishment is very clean and well organized and its at a pretty good prize to do your laundry, and the washroom is really neat considering how other places, the washrooms would be messed up, you can really see they value hygiene first before anything else. I totally recommend it

Basement was being renovated and laundry was disconnected. Showed in a pinch with laundry for 6 people. Guy was incredibly helpful pointed out all the open machine told us the best way to use the dryers to dry the clothes the fastest. Highly recommend. Thanks for your help today
