In the month of June I gave them my King size comforter for dry cleaning and after I got(which they gave me late) the color of the comforter is a bit dull and it doesn't looked fresh. The condition of the comforter just looked the same after getting it back as it was before

I’ve been coming here for over 20 years and it’s been fine. They are honest and upfront about their pricing. They cleaned my leather jacket at the lowest price when I shopped around. Also, they offered an alternative for me to clean one of my jackets rather than have me spend money to have them clean it.

I have had amazing experience at this place every time I stepped in. Owners are polite and professional and prices are cheaper than any regular dry cleaning store. This place is far from my place but I prefer using their services as opposed to ruining my clothes at any other store. They gained my trust when they repaired my wife's dress after being rejected by many other dry cleaning/repair stores. I would highly recommend this store for Dry cleaning, repairing and excellent customer service.

If I could give zero stars - I would. I used Unikleen last week and I will never ever go back. They do not dry clean properly and they have terrible customer service. First of all, when I dropped off my clothes, the store owner was counting them and throwing them on the floor - which is a filthy carpet with many visible stains. After picking up my items and bringing them home, I realized that none of the clothes were cleaned properly and still smelled. My $300 bridesmaid dress that I paid $25 to clean still had many stains on it. Also, a white dress shirt still had many visible stains. The second dress I brought was also damaged because they punched 2 holes in it which cannot be repaired. When I brought my bridesmaid dress back to complain, he immediately remembered it and said that he couldn't get all the stains out. The owner said that their policy is that they run the items for cleaning twice and if the stains don't come out - then they won't come out. He should have told me this when I dropped my clothes off. I was obviously under the impression that I was paying for them to clean my clothes - not 'maybe' clean them. I feel like they didn't even try to clean anything, they just did the bare minimum and saw that the stains didn't come out but they didn't care. The owner then went on to say that it was my fault for getting so many stains on the dress and that no dry cleaning place will ever guarantee to get every stain out because its impossible to get everything out. I brought up the fact that he put my clothes on the floor when I brought them in and that maybe they were stained further from him not handling my clothes professionally and he said the floor is 'clean'. I then asked him why the white shirt stains didn't come out. A white dress shirt is surely something they clean often. He said that the stains cant come out and that it looks like curry and curry can't be cleaned. (We don't even eat curry!) Unikleen is just lazy and rude. The owner didn't apologize and when I asked for a refund on the dress and the dress shirt he gave me this long speech about how stains are never guaranteed to come out. He asked me to see where he was coming from and that he can't give a refund but can send the items for cleaning again or give me a store credit. He just ignored me, didn't care what I had to say and wanted me to walk away. I felt like my request was reasonable because I was only asking for a refund of the dress and shirt ($28) and I paid $95 for them to clean 10 items and I wasn't happy with any of it. After arguing for a long time he finally offered to give me 50% of my money back for the dress and shirt. He did some mumbo jumbo calculation and deducted the tax from the refund and only gave me $12.50. Bottom line, avoid this place.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Unikleen Cleaners. A 500 dollar suit of mine that I had left under their care came back ruined. The pants of the suit were dirty and the collar came back incorrectly pressed and wrinkled. Upon bringing bringing these issues to their attention, I was accused of lying and experienced very unprofessional behavior. This will be my last time ever trusting their services and I would strongly advise anyone to do the same, if they care about their clothing.

This dry cleaner company is very unprofessional..I dropped off 4 hats to be cleaned and they ruined 1of them..I will try to upload pics to show the damage..we had to make 3 additional trips to pick up the hats..which shouldve taken 4 days to complete.The owner..(male) very aggressive and rude..businesses like these are why most people avoid using small shops and go to bigger giants..he offered no apologies for ruining my husbands hat and upon giving me the damaged hat ..said that I should not come back to his store..how rude..When his store gets bought out or shut down then he will understand the reason for it...customer service should be any business owners 1st priority.With that being said I will take my business elsewhere in the future..0 stars if it were an option.
