Poor management, will not own up that the machines do not wash the clothing properly. Will not refund monies used in broken machines. Likes to argue with clients that use the equipment that they work well, when they don’t. If you can use another coin laundry I would say use another laundry mat. This place is run worse than when the old owners had it.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST LAUNDRY THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO ,IT IS FILTHY AND SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN, I HAVE USE THIS PLACE ONCE A YEAR IN JUNE FOR THE PAST 25 YEARS TO WASH TABLE CLOTH AFTER MY TEA PARTY.TODAY WILL BE MY LAST. THE PREVIOUS OWNER JACK WAS A GENTLEMAN WHO CARED ABOUT THE COSTUMERS AND THE UPKEEP OF THIS PLACE,.NOT THESE MONEY HUNGRY VULTURE WHO IS RUNNING THIS PLACE NOW.

New management ruined this place. If you’re looking for a place to do laundry with garbage on the floor and wait longer than usual to use a machine because half of them are not operating, this is the place for you.
