Took in my Canada Goose to get dry cleaned and it came back with fur missing off the hood... As well as the fur feeling very rough. I went back to get a refund but the owner was very rude and did not take any of the responsibility for what had happened to the jacket. I will never go back nor recommend anyone else to go here.

I've been going to Sunny for a couple years now - always do a great job, whether it is for Dry Cleaning or Alteration services. I think the pricing is incredibly fair/reasonable and the owners are extremely friendly and kind. I always receive top notch service! Would recommend to anyone!

I am his customer more than two years. They have never missed my shirts. They are honest. Once, I remember when I wanted to pickup my shirts, they say to me: you gave us one more shirts than you claimed. They are also professional in alteration. very good customer service attitude.

(Photo of original and post-dry cleaning damage attached) I came here to get my parka dry cleaned and the lady at the front assured me that they would properly take care of the fur trimming. I was nervous it would be ruined so I asked her to take her time with it and I’m not in a rush to get it back. When I went to pick it up, I noticed right away that the fur didn’t look right and went back in to point it out to her. She gaslit me and convinced me that it wasn’t ruined and would be back to normal if I brush it out. Today, 3 days later the fur wasn’t back in the original condition and looks frizzy and brittle. I went to multiple dry cleaners AND the original retailer themselves and every single one agreed that the fur was damaged and isn’t reversible. I went back today and showed her photos of the original fur trimming and told her I took her advice to keep brushing it out but all that did was cause the fur to fall out and now it’s a fuzzy mess whereas it should be long, silky and fluffy. This extremely rude unprofessional lady continued to talk down to me and accuse me of lying for money where all I wanted was a refund for ruining my expensive parka that I can’t replace. She was convinced that I’m asking her to buy me a new jacket and was not listening to anything I was telling her, raising her voice at me, playing victim, and gaslighting me the whole duration of the conversation. Just acting belligerent. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone, this lady needs help. To anyone who wants to have their parka properly dry cleaned and not have their fur permanently ruined, DO NOT GO HERE. This lady is the most unprofessional nasty person I have ever encountered and needs to get off her high horse. She loved to keep throwing around how my jacket was nothing compared to other clients parkas she’s dealt with before. I don’t care about what you’ve done in the past when you’ve ruined my own. Nasty nasty woman. Nastyyyyy!!! This was all in front of another customer as well- how unprofessional and disgusting could you get.

2 different visits yielded sub par experiences. One visit - could not get a stain out of a shirt and claimed they tried it a second time to which was doubtful that even happened, as another cleaner was able to get it out first try following this. Second visit - forgot my receipt in the car and was told it was better to get it. Person behind me also said they forgot their receipt and as I walked back in 30 sec later, he was being served first, *without his receipt*. Owner then *walked by my clothes as I pointed them out to him*, fully ignoring me and proceeded to cash out the guy behind me. Customer service - horrible!!

I have been going here for years. Service is always great. Their knowledge and expertise and integrity is refreshing. Pricing is fair. They are always open and honest with me. They will tell me if an alteration is worth the cost or not. Keeps me coming back even though their location is not that close to me. I have never lost an article of clothing in the 10+ years I have been using them for dry cleaning and alterations. And items have always been ready for pick-up on the day they say it will be.

I paid for my hem to be done and straps tightened. I had to call them and when I did they said they dont have a mark for the straps ? after picking up my dress as a bridemaid, they cut the dress too short and does not touch the ground anymore. ????????

I gave my sons winter jacket and when i picked up there was a stain on the jacket. When i asked the owner? He said its not his fault and the stain is from before when i gave it to him. I never had this stain on the jacket before and he is lying. He took my money and now im stuck with a new jacket with stains for my son. This is getting riped off and he didnt say sorry or give money back.
