Craziest Experience! Hours before a wedding, a family member experienced a problem with her zipper on her dress and was desperate to find help. The three of us travelled and looked for places that were open, and fortunately found Stitch It. The woman there was wonderful and squeezed us in time for us to be able to make it to the wedding ceremony and fixed the zipper. Because of Stitch It's great efforts, we will definitely be coming again!

I called at 8 pm to find out if they could hem a pair of pants and blazer. I arrived the same night for measurements before they closed at 9 pm. And, I picked up my clothing the next day after work (6 pm). Very friendly, professional and proficient. I really appreciated them taking a last minute alternation to help me look my best.

Horrible customer service.. brought my sons uniforum pants in to be hemmed... the lady at the front was trying to get me to ge else where... she was trying to convince me that they were to busy for my business... recieved the pants back and in about 2 weeks the hemms were out and pants were trashed. I would not recommened this place to anyone.

I went here to get a new zipper for my winter coat. The lady who worked there was happy to accommodate (I didn't get her name, but she sounded European) and made suggestions that I was really happy with. The price was about $35 (cheaper than a new coat) and my coat was done in about 2 days. I was very happy! The lady was very nice on drop off and pick up and was happy to do what I asked. I would use them again! I don't know why the reviews are bad on here for this place. Maybe they changed Management or associates, because I was quite satisfied.

Sometimes it can be a bit busy, I just wish some people weren’t so impatient and/or rude with the staff; just imagine if it was you having someone needlessly bearing down on you trying to do your job - a little understanding goes a long way ????

I took a suit in for some major alterations recently. I'd lost a lot of weight since I wore it last. I wasn't sure it would look good after the work. Wow! I was so pleasantly surprised when I tried it on after...everything was top quality: stitching both inside and outside. I wore it for a wedding shortly after and received a ton of complements on my 'custom made suit'. Awesome job guys...looking forward to how you modify the sports coat I left with you this week. I definitely recommend these guys in Cloverdale Mall!!!

I am upset by the service I was provided by Stitch It at Sherway. I have typically received great service at other location, however, this location does not provide adequate care or cleaning to your clothing. As you can see from my pictures they returned my clothing with the same dirt and oil stains. When I asked if they could clean it better they told me that their cleaners could not do any better. I took my clothes immediately (same day) to the cleaners by my house and look at the difference. My dress shirts are clean with no stains and pressed to impress. In addition to that, the staff forgot to give half of my clothing back at stitch it. I also feel as if I over paid for such poor service as my bill was $80 for my cleaning and $120 for another set of clothes. At the Platis cleaner by me I was only charged $40 in total for my cleaning. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF by Stitch It and DO NOT GET YOUR CLEANING there. P.S. It took a full 7 days for both my sets of clothing to be cleaned (14 weeks in total). At Platis i dropped it off on the 13th and received it on the 17th (4 days). Customer service 1/5 Quality of Cleaning 1/5 Price 1/5

Received a 20% off coupon in the mail. First time there I took in some shirts for dry cleaning and a pair of pants for hemming. The pants were done for next day pick up. Prices are in line with similar shops I have used in the past. This will be my new location for dry cleaning and alterations. Very close to my home and open 7 days a week.

My friend and I had two bridesmaids dresses altered. One only required hemming for too much length; turned out acceptable. Second dress.. we had a sash removed along with hemming. The first time we returned to grab the dresses.. there was a stain & the sash removal wasn't done very well.. The lines didn't match up & there were still strings sticking out. The bottom "frill" was sewn into the dress. Understandable the first time. Benefit of the doubt. Pandemic has everyone off their game. The second time we went to pick up the "fixed" dress.... there was still a frill or layer (will attach picture) sewn into the dress. Stain was removed though.. (She made sure to make that very clear.) The same mistake twice, or it wasn't fixed the first time? Took 30 minutes for the 3rd attempt & it's now passable. As a brand new mom with a tiny baby.... the multiple trips weren't easy, even with the two of us. We were offered 10 percent off our next alteration for our troubles & a very passive "sorry." I'm so glad that it seems most people have had a good experience here.. just wasn't the case for us sadly.

Horrendous customer service!!!! Took them 2 weeks to do 0 alterations. Showed up on the day I was supposed to pick up the items at 3pm and they told me to come back after 6pm so they can do a 1 hour rush job. WHAT A JOKE!!! Save your money and don't go there. Business has gone downhill ever since the last owner sold Tailors choice. This place does not care for excellence alterations but simply make money.

I dropped off a dress to be pressed. I paid $10 plus tax. The night I dropped it off, the lady called and explained to me that the dress had a stain on in (the dress has never been worn and still had its original sales tag on it). I’m not sure how the stain made its way on a brand new dress. Regardless, the lady told me to pick it up and try to remove the stain and she would do a on the spot press for the inconvenience. This seemed reasonable. I went, picked up the dress, removed the stain, and the new lady behind the counter charged me $16.95. She said the price discrepancy is because she doesn’t understand why I was only charged $10 yesterday. As far as I’m concerned it’s not my issue why I was charged $10 one day, but it’s not my job to know this. In the end, I took my garment and went down the street to Krisp & Clean clearers and I would be willing to pay DOUBLE for better service. It was a waste of my time and I will be sure to NEVER go back. There is an inconsistency in the staff and knowledge of what is going on.

AMAZING SERVICE!! My husband, Abbas, has continued to use stitch it’s services to alter his clothes. This particular time he was getting some pants hemmed and taken in. He had dropped them off the day of the Covid shutdown in April 2021 and was unable to pick them up before the shutdown. He needed his pants for something and he called customer service to see if there was anything they could do. They quickly sent Zoha to drive to the store and give my husband his pants! Zoha has helped him before and he has always been satisfied with her service but this was above and beyond! This stitch it branch at Sherway Gardens Mall is the best across the GTA I think. I couldn't find better than the quality, timely and professional service they do offer. Someone named Zoha is running the business and she is by far the most adorable someone you can ever meet. She goes the super extra mile 1x 2x 3x until her client gets what they want. Horrible! I brought my son's Karate Uniforms in to have to badges sewn on and they accidentally sewed the draw strings to the badge! Now I'm required to purchase a new uniform because the draw strings are too short to tie. Uniforms were worn once, not happy! Still waiting for a call back from the store Manager.
