Yes this guy is rude but he knows what he's doing. I gave him three jackets to clean or repair and all the work was perfectly done. My receipt said the pickup time was Saturday at 4:00pm so I walked in 30 minutes later. He yelled at me to read the sign next time since the store closed at 4 despite the fact that the door was unlocked. If I had remembered the receipt, I would have shown him what it said. Anyway, he still let me pick up the jackets. I was satisfied with the work but not the service. Now that I moved away from the area, I most likely won't be coming back.

You must avoid this cleaner at all costs. They take payment upfront. Yet, if you are not satisfied with the results they will never refund you. They did not clean any of my shirts as the BO was still present on the shirts. Moreover, coffee stains, darkened spots which are small and not immediately visible were not even touched up. The only thing was done was steam ironing to make the shirts look like they were cleaned. Check attached photos. In my opnion they are crooks who do not stand behind their work (this is possibly because they did not do any work other than charging my CC.)

Bad job. Brought my stuff there, not really professional and also bad customer service. Very disrespectful. I'm surprise to read other comment saying they were satisfy. Don't waste your money.

DO NOT GO to this PLACE!!!! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!. I just picked up my jumpsuit that I got hemmed. The guy did not even greet me back when I said hello. This was not the first time he did this. He also did not greet me when I dropped off my jumpsuit for a hem. But this is minor. THIS IS THE ONE THAT BLOWS MY MIND: he gave me a plastic bag from the garbage can when I asked him for a plastic bag for my jumpsuit. I was in such disbelief. How can someone still be in business with this kind of attitude. If there is a negative star this is what this place gets. DO NOT GO.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DRY CLEANERS PERIOD - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED My leather jacket was absolutely ruined by them. When confronted, THE GUY SIMPLY SAID - "YOU ARE LYING" SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE.

Worst dry cleaning service ever!!! I took a valuable Canada goose jacket here, it was returned to me with a damaged zipper. When I returned it to them owner refused to admit he broke my zipper and tried to charge me even more again! I wouldn't recommend anyone to this location, it's extremely costly and they will damage your belongings !!!

If I could put 0 stars I would. I live 5 minutes walking from this place but I’d rather drive to a decent dry cleaner than ever go back here. I took them my work clothes for a simple dry cleaning. The man behind the counter had a really nasty attitude from the beginning, no customer service or simple courtesy to a paying customer. I wanted a dry cleaner near home since I’m a regular customer of these places so I decided to leave my shirts regardless of his rotten attitude. I went back a few days back to pick up my shirts only to find out after inspection that some had stains and were still dirty! I had paid prior to inspecting the shirts since I thought that these guys knew what they were doing, my mistake. When I showed them the shirts they got angry at me and started to shout that the shirts were like this and nothing could be done. The man behind the counter (same one from my first visit) didn’t only have a nasty attitude, this time he seemed like he wanted to hit me! I asked for my money back and was told no. Finally after too much drama the man’s wife agreed to re do them and that I could pick them up a few days later. When I picked them up, surprise, surprise, they were clean so the shirts were not stained just dirty. Pls avoid this place, unprofessional staff, too pricy and they are just not good at what they do, simple.
