The only thing I don't like about it is that there's washers and dryers across each other. Dryers should be separate . Ppl taking out their clean clothes out while someone else is taking out their dirty clothes

Sometimes when I go there in the early hours of the morning it could be more well maintained. The floors are dirty lots of dryer sheets on the floor. But they kind of compensate by offering free wifi while you do your laundry. Couldn't they hire somebody just too work one hour too clean the place in the middle of the night. Wouldn't cost them alot too pay somebody one hour five times a week. Seriously I almost fell sliding on a dryer sheet that was on the floor. Somebody suing them for an accident would cost more than giving somebody an hours pay too ensure the safety and cleanliness of their facility.

So I just walked into the place, using the backdoor only because it's more accessible from the bus, I go to the front to use the only properly working change machine & then as I'm heading to the soap & softener dispenser at the back I get VERY rudely asked if I'm doing laundry...like seriously I've been coming here for months now...I've tried messaging about a machine eating my money & got no response...as clean & affordable as this place is the staff are just ignorant. Update...the place is still fairly clean but the machines are not being maintained properly & if you try getting in touch with staff - good luck...I've tried to let them know about machines eating my coins but nothing has been done about it. And take your chances using the change machine as now it doesn't just give out real money but also tokens that the machines won't accept. So all in all you are taking a chance coming here that the machines you use might be working properly or not but do NOT expect ANY assistance from staff at all.
