I tried Montgomery Alterations today for the first time, & was truly impressed with my experience from start to finish. Trisha was very welcoming, & had availability to have a quick alteration done immediately for me, while I was on site. During the time I was waiting, at least 8 other customers came to pick up or drop off their garments (covid protocols well in place). Trish knew every single customer by name, & was asking how their families were keeping. There was a real community atmosphere here that you typically see only in small or rural communities. I am very happy with the results of the alteration, Trisha's kindness, & her business. I will come here for all of my cleaning & alteration needs, & will be recommending this company with pleasure. BEST IN TOWN! Trish is not only great at her job, but she is a WONDERFUL human on top of that. She made my mom a special PICC line cover for her mother of the bride dress, along with a special shawl to hide it. She’s caring, wonderful and so down to earth. I’m so so so happy we found her, we’ll go no where else! Anywhere else is a waste of time.

Absolutely disappointed in the level of service that was provided to my sister. Obviously in hindsight we should have gone to a better cleaner to clean her wedding dress but we were recommended them by family so we thought nothing of it. When asking carefully if they were able to clean the type of fabric they said yeah no problem. Money is not an issue but the fact that they lied and said that they COULD. Unbelievable... we would have preferred if they were honest and said they could not do the job instead of trying to keep our business with them, do not advise going here.

Excellent service! I recently moved to the neighbourhood and after only two visits , Trish remembered my name . When something wasn't cleaned well enough due to leftover scent from a basement issue, she put it through again no charge. Highly recommend.

I cannot thank John and Trish enough! Such wonderful, kind people! Montgomery Alterations have always been our go-to for dry-cleaning and hemming pants, so when I called them up with a request to make some free alterations to an Easter Bunny suit for the Annual Donnybrook Easter Egg Hunt, they didn’t hesitate and did even more than I hoped for. Trish is so good and her years of experience show. She put in a full zipper to replace the original tiny and flimsy velcro closures. And when she noticed that the Bunny’s head kept falling off when I moved around, she offered to sew on some super-strength Velcro pieces to keep it secure! Now, our Easter Bunny can hop to the egg hunt!! Thank you, Trish and John!
