Excellent customer service and cleanliness. The only thing is that it is located in a very isolated area and manoeuvring heavy laundry down the ramps is a little difficult. Otherwise they even have pop, coffee and small snacks inside! Wow!

Excellent. Variety of priced machines based on size. Great dryers. Modern equipment. Staff on site! Very helpful. TVs to watch ...reasonably priced pop and coffee....free internet....buggies to move your wet laundry around. Best in the city. It's around the back of the plaza but just follow the signs.

This is the best laundromat I've ever been in. I'm a very happy customer and will be doing all my laundry here from now on. It's clean, there are single-use hand towels instead of paper, everything is labeled properly, machines work great. ($1 to dry a full load.) And there are PLANTS everywhere! It's so freakin' nice! ????????????????????????????????

Okayy bring cash because youll need some. Washed my comforter for 7$ a brought my own soap and then for 1.25$ in the dryer for 5$/25c pretty worth it. Then theres lcbo and a park right beside to wait ???? go here you wont regret

When we come in we usually have no problems and the owner is super friendly and the place is clean and is organized. Today was a different story. We went for a walk and came back in. We sat for 5 minutes and saw 2 open dryers (it was pretty busy). There were one or two rags sitting in the dryers so we assumed someone left them and so we moved them to a near by table. The young girl who was working gave us a hard time saying that she was using the washers. It should be customer first not whatever is convenient for the staff.

I found this place through Google after reading good reviews. It is really a nice and reliable place. Services like wifi, lockers are awesome. Owner is a great guy, helps the first timers. It is a little more expensive than the Laundry I went before. Also, although I washed my clothes with the soap I bought from there, I still did not get the cleanliness that I wanted. My underwear was not fully clean. Same thing happened at the previous Coin Laundry, but when I was doing laundry at home, I was having very clean clothes.

Started my spring cleaning for 2018. Massive washers and dryers on site to wash king and queen size pillows, comforters, blankets and duvets! Machines are clean and easy to use. Came in on a weekday, friendly staff to help me figure things out. Highly recommend this place for your spring cleaning.

The place is clean and has big dryers to load up two washes at once. Now for the washers, they only have 3 big washers at front of entrance and seems to be used by owners for wash and fold. They should have more big washers as it's better for most people to get in and out if they have busy day and don't have time to sit around waiting. The high top washers are confusing to use. Have to use a stool to stand on to use. When they are using wash and fold service they should be using washers and dryers from front and let customers use them.

I brought my service dog in with me. His vest was clearly marked. The lady there approached me asking me not to bring my dog next time because of Covid?! Do animals transmit to humans now? I explained he is a service animal and she pointed to the sign that says no pets, which was behind someones laundry on a table. The washroom sign said it was closed due to covid yet the lady working there was letting people use it. Signs on the washers asked customers not to fold their laundry there, but they were anyways. This is discrimination straight up EDIT: He had this vest on. It looks obvious to me..

I have been going here for over a year now. This family owned business is well maintained. The washroom and surroundings are clean. I just went in recently and they have brand new dryers and washer. Would highly recommend this place if you want to do your laundry yourself or wish to drop it off with one of their staff!

We recently switched to this laundromat after the previous one we attended did not enforce face masks in any way. This laundromat actually makes face masks mandatory and enforces social distancing. It is clean and the washers/dryers are efficient and inexpensive. There is an attendant which is really helpful as it helps customers to follow protocol and keep things running smoothly. It’s also in a great plaza that has a Starbucks among other things, and a big park behind it where we let our dog play while our laundry is on. Overall, great place, we’ll continue to come here!

the Indian women very rude and no education while talking she starts burping , hard to understand , machines don't dry the clothes properly especially the so call new ones , washrooms not clean , Indian men kept looking at my chest while talking to me . I felt very uncomfortable
