Machine number 19 ate my $5, secondly the door wouldn't open and kept running in rinse mode non stop. I've heard other machines are malfunctioning, Dryer number 7 doesn't have high heat. This is what I've found out Feb 11th approx 7pm 2019.

A couple of machines were out of order, but other wise, a good place to get your laundry done. Visit this place on a weekday if you want to avoid waiting time.

The dryers took ridiculously too long. I actually came back the next day to continue drying and after that additional hour the laundry was still not dry. I just gave up. In my experience it was a waste of time and money

This place is really hit or miss, don't bother coming on Saturday or Sunday mornings from 10am-12pm. You'll be lucky if you find one washer and dryer that isn't broken and if that's not the only issue the change machine will keep your money. I asked for the owners number because one machine $1.50 today and when I went to go get some change from the maChinese it also took my $2. I had to go check my car for more change and I only needed $.25. This laundry mat ruined my day and what made it even worse was when I asked for the owners phone number the cleaners refused to give it to me because he doesn't want to deal with anyone's issues? What a shady place. I used to come here every weekend and also referred a few people but it's not consistent at all. Go somewhere else people

This is one of the worst laundromats I am forced to go to when I need to do laundry. The maintenance of this laundromat is horrible. Washing machines and dryers are always broken and stay broken for months. When the change machine is broken (when it usually is) you're forced to go to convience stores and beg them to make change. Do not bother emailing, texting or calling customer service because they never respond. Even if they do respond, they will never get someone to come out and help you If you have a car I reccomend going to the laundromat at Finchdale plaza. Avoid this laundromat at all costs unless you have no choice. I uploaded photos of the broken washing machines and dryers that have been broken between 2-10 months straight.

Went to do my laundry and the place smelt ransid, not only did the place smell like stale wet clothes, ready? THERE'S ROACHES. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I'll never return

I've been using this place, it was great when it open 10 years ago. Owners change but not the equipment. Every year it gets worse. Now the change machine doesn't work so make sure to bring your own change.

was clean. that's about all I can say nice about this establishment. there were 2 people working there at the time I came to do laundry. they were extremely rude. they continued to stare at me the whole time. there was no where to sit. and had to basically stand in the corner and wait for your laundry. the owners need to work on thier customer service. I will definetly not return.

Can’t get ahold of the people who own this junk. Always eats money, machines aren’t tended too. It ate 10$ in multiple machines today and ruined my child’s winter jacket in a regular wash, IT SHOULD BE COLD OR WARK NOT BOILING WATER. I truly urge this slum dog business owner to contact me.

No atm to pull out bills if you don’t have cash on you and then change machine is out, on top of that most of the washers don’t work, my clothes came out mostly dry ( don’t know how it’s possible) and waiting over two hours for dryer and then it just ate my money and didn’t start, if I could give less then 1 star I would

Absolutely awful!!!! Broken machines. Keeps your clothes soaked, eats your money, doesn’t give you an option for cold or hot water. Change machine gives you toy money. And machines abolutley dirty. It smells.

My dryer went on the fritz so I came here being the closest laundromat to home and luckily it wasn't busy as half the washers and dryers were out of order and to boot in order to start one you need to deposit 50 cents. Never again.
