The coyote fur from my Canada Goose coat was stolen. I usually go to Mississauga for my dry cleaning but moved to Etobicoke this year. Everyone I speak to told me I made a big mistake and should have just stuck with my usual routine. They’re right. If you’re shopping around for a dry cleaner, find another place. This isn’t the one. Don’t make the same mistake I did. You’ll regret it for the rest of your life. They haven’t contacted me or even attempted to reimburse me for the stolen item. I’m very disappointed in my decision to trust them with my favourite coat. Let this be a word of caution.

The most horrible place to take your stuff in, I took there my husbands moose knuckle coat and they destroy it , on top they give it to me like that and said it’s the jacket it self , I tried to deal with them and owner too and after one talk over the phone he’s hiding and doesn’t pick up his cel, my husbands coat is still there and he is not even bothering to answer me , I have called him a lot of times, this shows how professionals they are , if you want your stuff broken then go to this place .

I have been going to Lakeshore-Village-Cleaners for close to 7 years, loyal to them even after they moved location last year. Expectational service always until recently, which breaks my heart. On Friday, June 4th at around 4:20 PM I went to take my winter jacket, as I always do at the end of winter, and was expecting to pay a similar price as I always do. When I asked him why the significant 20$ increment despite paying the same fee for many years. The elderly gentleman in the midst of the heat lost it and started yelling me that they do not offer discounts and that I should go downtown if I did not want to pay. No customer services skills, not cognizant the client acquisition value. Not used to this type service from the “lakeshore-village-cleaners.” I also have to come clean. I have a confession to make. That afternoon I saw them washing brand-name dresses and dress shirts in the same load as hospital covid gowns. It just blew my mind, I couldn’t believe my eyes, for crying out loud have some class. No wonder the infections in this area are so high. That’s just wrong. Trying to save on your energy bill.

Worst dry cleaning experience ever. I took my rug there 5 months ago and they lost it. Every time I ask if they found it they say they will "call me back". The person in charge didn't apologize, nor did they reimburse the loss. If you don't want your things to be lost, by all means avoid this place!
