This was my first time getting my winter coats dry cleaned after years of owning them and let me tell you the quality and customer that Gibson cleaners provided is top notch! I was initially scared to get both my Moose Knuckles bomber and parka get dry cleaned by just any dry cleaners because of the horror stories so I did my research and found Gibson's as the top dry cleaners in Toronto (btw I am from Brampton) and is the only authorized Canada Goose dry cleaners. From the initial phone call with Linley to picking up the coats I have been very satisfied and happy with the outcome. It feels that I am getting a brand new coat again! This is why I love family owned businesses, they really take care of their work along with treating their customers/clients as their own. I highly recommend them for all your dry cleaning needs! If I can give higher than 5 stars I will, that's just how satisfied I am.

Ill keep this review simple, the delivery man is nice but other than that they damage clothing at times, fail to remove simple stains my other dry cleaners remove. They also charge way to much and so if not that someone pays my dry cleaning i wouldnt take my more expensive articles to the Dundas location.

I was always worried about using dry cleaning services as I heard a few horror stories. After looking around on Google I came across Gibson Cleaners and was immediately intrigued in the eco-green cleaning solution they use as I have sensitive skin due to eczema. I recently needed my wool overcoat cleaned and reached out. Donna was a saint in reassuring me that my garment will receive VIP service and made sure that my garment was returned with the same wooden hangar I use for my coats along with anything found inside my pockets. Jonathan was great at communicating with me when he was nearby to take my coat for pickup. Gibson Cleaners will always have my business when it comes to dry cleaning my suits and overcoats.

I used to be able to count in this company but they've gone downhill. In the summer, they returned three shirts that I'd requested be cleaned, pressed and starched completely and unwearably wrinkled and not starched. I took them back and they finally did a proper job. But of course I couldn't wear these shirts for the occasion I needed them for so was left in the lurch. Then, I brought a jacket there for repair more than a week ago. They discussed with me on a phone call the next day how they would repair it. I agreed to it. Then it wasn't returned with the rest of my cleaning when they said it would be. When I called to follow up, they said it would be another week. Then, they called to say, they chose not to repair it at all because they didn't think they could do an adequate job. I dropped this jacket in for repair nearly two weeks ago. And frankly, it simply has a small tear in the arm--it can be repaired and we'd discussed exactly how. Ridiculous. That is far from the top notch service I used to depend on this organization for.

I am a new customer and I have to say I am very impressed with this business. The free pick-up and delivery was extremely convenient for me and the people that I have spoken with are very kind! Great customer service. Not only that, they are amazing at what they do. I took my grey wool coat to another Dry Cleaner and they returned it to me looking the exact same, so I figured that dry cleaning was a waste of money or that the stains were permanent. After reading reviews I decided to take it to Gibson’s and they were able to get the stains out that the other place couldn’t! Will be returning to dry clean my Goose jacket.

Brought in 10 dress shirts. Shirts were cleaned and pressed perfectly (including French cuffs). They even offered to redo a shirt with a small stain after seeking my consent. I also had a winter jacket cleaned - excellent result and great value!

I gave my Canada Goose parka jacket as a first-time customer to Gibson's Cleaners on Feb 18, 2021. After my jacket was drycleaned by them, it was promptly delivered to my home address the following Monday. When I received the jacket, I thoroughly inspected the jacket to ensure that the stains were removed. However, I found that some stains were not cleaned even after the jacket was drycleaned. I informed Gibson's immediately and they solved my problem. They picked up the jacket again and re-drycleaned it. When I received the jacket again next week, I found my jacket to be clean and it's original look was restored to a great extent. I highly recommend Gibson's Cleaners due to their superior customer service and attention to detail. To all customers - if something doesn't feel right, just let Gibson's Cleaners know and your problem will be solved.

First time there, recommend by a friend. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I took 2 Canada goose coats which were never dry cleaned in 3 yeas, so they were somewhat dirty. The staff informed on the procedure the coats would go through to be cleaned and how long they would take, but what really impressed me was the fact they would be eco friendly chemicals that wouldn’t be harmful to the colour nor the filling of the jackets. I was asked when I needed them for, and I gave a time to which the attendant replied that I could pick it up the day before. Pickup was also efficient - and I took the opportunity to get myself one of the bags that allows for even speedier drop-off. I have been using Gibson's for a long time and I have never been disappointed - ever. My clothes are always clean and fresh - and always in a decent amount of time.

We were able to call them and get our Canada Goose jackets picked up within a few days and delivered back within a week. If pricing were reviewed, that would earn the 5th “value for money” star. That’s said, no complaints with staff and services - the Sunday hours at the Dundas St. location are a huge bonus!

Sent my $1000 Rudsak jacket to get cleaned. The jacket was not cleaned and they tried to charge me to fix a large hole that wasn't there before I dropped it off. I didn't find out before I came to pick it up 3 days later and they tried to almost double the price. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Gibson's is a fantastic dry cleaners where your clothes some out clean every time and the people that work there always have a friendly smile to greet you whether it be drop off or pick up. I have even had smaller area rugs cleaned by them and they turned out great. I would highly recommend this handy dry cleaners to all.

Gibson’s Cleaners is by far the best cleaners experience I have ever experienced. I’ll start by sharing examples of why I feel this way. Behind the counter, there are a group of friendly women that know you by name, smile and greet you every time you walk through the door, and keep the place looking spotless. They are well organized and are ready to serve you immediately. I have come across situations where I was in desperate need of buttons on a blazer, alterations or cleaning done quickly, and recently in desperate need of dealing with an issue that unexpectedly came up. The women handled it with dignity and respect, willing to help me when I needed it most. I will continue to trust in the team and Gibson’s Cleaners for all of my dry cleaning and alterations. Definitely a high class cleaners all the way!!!????

Please avoid this dry cleaner at all cost, unless you want them to damage your clothes like what they did with my expensive Canada Goose Jacket. I was shopping around a for a good dry cleaner and called The Dry Cleaner in Loblaws at 380 The East Mall and I spoke to a very friendly sales girl and she bragged to me how they use Gibson's Cleaners to do all their dry cleaner cause they have been in business for a long time. I was impressed that Gibson's cleaners were able to dry cleaner my jacket in one day even though their prices were more expensive than other dry cleaner that I shopped around at. I figured the extra $7 was worth it cause their turn around is 1 or 2 days. When I got my jacket back, the girl and I saw all this disgusting white stains on it with the stitching falling apart and holes in the jacket. They said it was from wear and tear even though when I brought it in it was in excellent condition. This was my first time dry cleaning my jacket and they had all these shine in my jacket too. They make me sign a waver stating that this shine might happen, but I didn't expect my jacket to look like it was 20 years old. Please whatever you do, avoid Gibson's Cleaners and the Dry Cleaner at 380 The East Mall. I'm so disappointed at what they have done. They offered to stitch back the sticking that was falling apart but they said it would void the warranty from Canada Goose. I was still not satisfy because there's nothing they can do to fix the holes in my jacket. Please just avoid the hassle and avoid Gibson's cleaner and look around and get referrals before bringing your clothing to any dry cleaner.

My father died 2 days after Remembrance Day. He was a Second World War veteran, and my mother wanted him buried in his dress uniform. Despite short timelines, Gibson’s promised to have the cleaning done by 5pm. They called me at 4pm for pick up. When I arrived, I was surprised to find that there was no charge. It was a classy thing for Gibson’s to do, but it was especially heartwarming because it gave my mother some comfort to see her husband treated with such dignity and respect. Thank you Gibson’s. You’ve made a difficult time a little easier. And the suit looked great.
