More like slowest linens in southern Ontario. I've been waiting two weeks for one of their drivers to show up at my restaurant. Apparently it's really hard to show up during service hours. Or even to punch in the key code, which they have access to.

A note to businesses using Faster Linen: ensure that you have a replacement agreement clearly in place. Faster Linen claimed that 41 linens of theirs were lost, without having any proof of loss or claiming any responsibility for the losses. It was my word against his, and I was left on the hook paying $39.95 for EACH supposedly missing linen. Mark the owner was completely unwilling to reduce the replacement price or meet us half way. Before I had left the building, my credit card was charged for $1,800. I will never do business with this company again.

I've been using Faster Linen as my supplier of linen for Hillsview Massage & Therapy Centre in Richmond Hill for 10 years now. The quality of their linens is great, with the odd exception, and their customer service has been responsive to my business needs every time I have one. Just yesterday, we were running low on linen as it is our busiest time of year, and Daniel made an extra trip to Richmond Hill to top up our supply before our regular delivery today. This kept my business rolling and we were able to continue to provide top notch massage therapy to our clients. Thanks Daniel for making that happen!

I've been using Faster Linen for the past 11 years I've been the owner of Hillsview Massage & Therapy Centre in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Mark Halberstadt has always provided me with the best service possible. When I've had any issues whatsoever, albeit, they are very few he's always responded. When I needed access to blankets due to reopening requirements after COVID, he was immediately responsive delivering us what we needed in advance and then even followed up with a phone call to check-in. Awesome service and attention to detail!! They've earned my business year over year. I strongly recommend Faster Linen!

There unorganized and confused. And that's just getting back to me about a job offer. Can't imagine how they handle orders if it took a week to set up an interview and they didn't even set up an interview it took a week for them to get back to me and offer me less $ then what they posted in the ad

The sheets are 95% of the time crisp & clean. The delivery service is where they are lacking. My clinic is without sheets today because they didn't deliver on time. No one was willing to drop off a few sets to get me through the day until the driver could deliver. It states on my bill that delivery is to be done by 11:30am at the latest. Not very professional. This makes my clinic look bad now because they could not deliver. No one even attempted to see if anyone else could rectify this issue. Not so fast after all.

I have worked in many restaurants over the years, and Faster Linen has been the one constant in a very hectic and fast paced industry. I recently called to place a rush order as we had a busy weekend and ran out of napkins, and they arrived within the hour! fantastic service, quality and professionalism! keep up the great work!
