I booked them 2 weeks prior but same day of service 1 hour before they called and start giving me different price which was triple Of the price what they coded me before. When I argued they said they coded wrong price it was mistake....with no apology they just hanged up. Totally screwed my day and plans. Very very unprofessional. Not giving them business again.

I just had my carpets cleaned by these people a few days ago. The service on the phone was great, and the job they did was great. The cleaner didn't show up in any protective gear, which is probably fine I guess, and they had mentioned there was no tax if I paid cash, which the cleaner told me wasn't true when I paid. He also showed up about an hour early. Which is better than being late I guess? Still, awesome job. My carpets hadn't been cleaned in 7 years, maybe more. And they are cleaner than I was expecting. I wish I could post the before and after pictures here!

We had a terrible experience with a different carpet cleaning company and needed to get our carpet cleaned the same day. I called Sunny and they were able to rearrange their schedule and clean our carpet for us the same day.not only did they open their schedule to us last minute and not charge us extra, they also did an excellent job in a very small amount of time. Booked a cleaning for around 130pm today. Technician apparently stopped by and couldn't find the address, despite it being on google maps in a place frequented by thousands of people. He didn't ask the numerous people around for directions, and only called me once and didn't leave a message. The office called me around 140pm saying that the technician couldn't find the place and had left, and couldn't come back. Completely unprofessional and won't recommend a company with technicians that can't use google maps, and doesn't know to call more than once if the client doesn't answer the phone.

Very disappointed with the service provided. I booked an appointment to get my couch steam cleaned and the guy showed without the machine and literally wiped my couch with a wet cloth. When I politely called them to complain they said the owner wasn't around and would give me a call back. They never did, I ended up calling them again after 2 weeks because I had also sent my area rug to be cleaned and was wondering when it would be ready. They didn't charge me for the rug, but I still had to pay $173 to have my couch cleaned with a cloth. Won't return and wouldn't recommend their service.

The person who just came to my house to clean my vents refused to wear a mask in my house. I have 4 young kids who can't have there shots and am very pregnant. This was so unprofessional we are in the middle of a pandemic. Because he would not wear a mask he just left and now has lost our business.

Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for 9:00am. 9:30am and nobody has showed up nor a phoned. Phoned the company and the receptionist states they changed the appointment time to between 11:00 am and12:00, without phoning me. How unprofessional can you be ?!?!. Stay away from this company. Wasted an entire time, dropping the kids off at school early, moving furniture, etc, and they change your appointment time without notifying you.
